Just a note to future people who stay at this place, cars are being broken into and they are aware of this. They have no cameras on their parking lots so not only will you get your car damaged and have to use your own insurance the hotel does nothing about protecting your vehicle or safety because they do not have cameras up. This is 2024 and cameras are relatively inexpensive for a big corporation but be aware even though you are in Dublin crime is on the rise and this may happen to you. Hotel does not care because they say park at your own risk, so I am here to tell you about the risks involved as they do not.

No cable TV so if you ain't got a signal you ain't watching nothing but your phone. Water when taking a shower didn't get hot enough. Now plus side, service was fantastic as well as furnished rooms with glasses, pots and pans, silverware. Awesome breakfast bar, so much to choose from especially my fav biscuits and gravy yum yum lol with that being said we will be back. Actually will be staying there again in bout a month for few nights.

Dont stay here. Read fully. We stayed in room 217 one bedroom queen bed suit. Where to start? If you book through a 3rd party app they will not give you any hilton honors points and wont let you connect your honors account so you can use the benefits. The room itself was decent. The foot stool in the livingroom was missing. The queen bed is maybe a full bed definitely not a queen not super comfy we both had back aches every morning. Heat was good. The shower was good. There was a loose tile in front of the tub and all the floors creak when you walk. The sofa bed mattress is thin and you have to ask for the sheets and blanket if you intent to use it, it is not in the room. The kitchen had all we needed to be able to cook our meals so it was great. The night staff Melissa, she needs a raise and was super nice and helpful. She had great hospitality skills. Morning staff Amy was friendly she let us check out late but when we asked for honors points as compensation she couldn't do it we had to call corporate. So why give them a 1 star? Why need comped? The first night we arrived at 8pm checked in and went to bed because we had worked all day then drive there through a snow storm. The fire alarm went off in the entire building at 6:50AM. We jumped out of bed and rushed down the stairs, all a hot mess in our pjs and which I was not supposed to do as I recently had surgery. Just to find everyone in the hotel enjoying breakfast unphased by the alarm. It went off again at 7:30 while we were eating the breakfast which was not awful but not the best. The fire department had even shown up. So I asked the front desk. She said there is a faulty alarm near the kitchen area and they have to wait to get the part to fix it but no worries it will stop when breakfast is over. So this has obviously been happening. I said is it going to happen all weekend? She said she didnt know but possibly. The alarm went off 2 more times that morning until 10am. We asked for points and we were told no. we called corporate they still havent given us points when they said they would. They said someone would call but no call yet. We went to legoland. Parked in the second spot across from the main door when we returned. That night, There were kids running up and down the hall passed our room screaming until midnight or later from the pool in wet bathing suits. The next morning no fire alarm. However, it lightly snowed, at 5:50am, they were shoveling under our window with metal shovels which was just as loud as the fire alarm. We went to leave around noon we found 3 of our 4 brand new tires were flat. We had to cancel all of our plans for the rest of the holiday weekend. Had the car towed to a local shop and found the tires were slashed. We spent the rest of the day talking to police and our car insurance. The hotel said they weren't responsible. We did not get to enjoy the pool because of the vandalism. We had to leave in a rental car and go back to get our car when the insurance claim goes through. The police and hotel said this has been an issue in the area. Wish we would have known. We canceled our hotel in columbus and rebooked here because the internet said dublin was a low crime area.Safety: Not a safe area to stay.Noteworthy details: Melissa is amazing and the only reason I didn't leave a lower review across the board. She knows hospitality and you guys should recognize that and reward her. Thank you Melissa for everything you did to make us feel welcome and as comfortable a possible after all the bad stuff that happened.

Check in stayed one night. Wish I would have read the reviews, this hotel reminds of extended stay unclean and nasty. I had to be switched to three different rooms in less than 20mins. The night shift front desk attendant was mad because I had to keep switching rooms like I was bothering her. She never went in to make sure the room was okay before giving me the second or third. She offered to give me a new padding for pull out bed with crumbs still underneath it lol!!!! Had no access to any cleaning supplies at night. Gross!!! Third room was still nasty, dirty pull out beds with crumbs in each room. Boogers on shower curtain. I was so tired I just settled for the last room. It was also very cold in the room, couldn’t adjust the thermostat. Stains on the headboard, boogers fluid secretions dried on the bedskirt in all the rooms. I would have rather slept outside, you can tell the housekeepers just more than likely just change the bedding and replace toiletries no wiping down anything or nothing. I’m really surprised with this being a Hilton owned hotel its in these kind of conditions and in such a nice area. More like a motel the uncleanliness is bad. The breakfast was okay, a few nice options, attendant was replacing items as they were running out. I would not return.

This was a good hotel, and i felt like my room was clean. i could consider it a little outdated or needing some updates but it didn’t bother me.the one thing i wanted to comment on was the internet— it was maybe a 950 kbps at best. Not at all fast enough for emails, browsing, etc. I couldn’t even send an imessage. And, to make it worse, it was a bit of a dead zone for Verizon data. i unfortunately couldn’t do any work at the hotel.if you’re staying here as a home base while you explore the columbus area, i think this is a fine hotel. But if you’re like my family and travels with a kid, you definitely can’t expect them to have any youtube or anything, so that’s pretty unfortunate. Also, the federal government pretty much exclusively contracts with Marriott hotels, and i need to start staying at those more often, i feel like they’re more family friendly.but, truly that’s something i cannot fault this hotel for, but the internet is the reason i cannot give 5 stars.

I had a loud noise coming out of a locked closet in my room. No daily room cleaning, i ran out of toilet paper because it was never checked. A surprising kitchenette. No oven A full size fridge. The TV is in a weird place . Neat outdoor areas including a basketball court, outdoor grilling area and fire pit seating. An uninspired pool and hot tub. The breakfast area is nice. Breakfast options are pleasant. The onsite laundry was nice, the store not having laundry detergent was very inconvenient.

Great location, super friendly staff but rooms were a little run down with cracked_broken bathroom tiles. Hallways had a strange smell which was most likely due to people staying there cooking in their rooms.

This place was alright. People outside in back by the grill area were noisy so I had to use white noise to drown them out. Breakfast was so so. The eggs were so bland and didn’t taste like eggs at all. Everything else tasted great. Overall it was an okay stay. I do recommend this place but if you’re looking for a fancy place look elsewhere.

Stayed for a night with my 2 year old. Staff was very nice, breakfast was ok. The room was stuffy. Smelled almost like stale smoke. There were items left from the person(s) who stayed in the room before me-which brings up the question of how well the room was cleaned. The bed was a “king”. It was a full at best. The lights in the bedroom didn’t work at all. Neither did the outlets by the bed. The location is what I needed, so it worked for the night. Probably wouldn’t return.

The service is the only reason I did not leave a 1 star. The people were friendly and great but the rooms were horrible…. Yes, I said “rooms”, plural. We checked in around 3 am and quickly got our keys to the room where we had a King bed. We get to the room and the AC was not working which lead to the room being very warm and humid. I meander on down to the front desk and explain and the attendant quickly gets me keys to a different room. We get into the second room and it had a strong smoker smell like someone was smoking in there very recently. I then go back down to the front desk and let her know about the smell - she plugs away at the computer and finds another room but wants to walk to it with us to ensure it will be ok. We get there and she opens the door and takes one step in and turns and looks at us without saying anything. I then walk in and immediately almost gag! Something smelled like it died in that room. We walk back to the front desk and now, there are no beds with a king so we accept a queen bed but no, this bed was not a queen. It seemed more like a full (yes I did the foot measurement). The bed was hard, and everything seemed very crammed.Once again, the people who worked there were always wonderful but the hotel itself is not in good shape and I will not return to that hotel ever again.

The Beds were advertised as Queens and they were Smaller than the Average Queen Beds, It was a little deceiving, the Refrigerator door was all discolored probably due to the age of the hotel, and the Appliances were not upgraded, the Bathroom Sinks were draining slowly and one of the Sinks the Faucet and handles were all loose, the room was clean other than what was mentioned. The Breakfast was not very hot (i.e. eggs, Gravy, and Oatmeal were not done). The Staff were friendly and offered great Customer Service, along with the Pool and Jacuzzi.Based on the Price of the Rooms and the conditions, I would hesitate to stay there again, having the HILTON name on it, I was a little surprised. I think they need to upgrade their Beds, Refrigerators, and take better maintenance on the rooms.Rooms: The Beds were advertised as Queens and they were Smaller than the Average Queen Beds, It was a little deceiving, the Refrigerator door was all discolored probably due to the age of the hotel, and the Appliances were not upgraded, the Bathroom Sinks were draining slowly and one of the Sinks the Faucet and handles were all loose, the room was clean other than what was mentioned.

The rooms are very good and ours had dishes ovens freezer fridge and a toaster. Loved everything except they didn't tell us at check in parking is an extra 12 a night, we just found out when the charge was added. which I feel like you should just include on the booking price.
