Received the rental car. Not clean to say the least. The inside windows I doubt had ever been cleaned. Night driving was very hard.
Also, I did not know my insurance agency only gave just a few days for the rental. Instead of
Hertz calling the day I was supposed to return it they called the next day telling me it should have been returned the previous day. And of course they dinged me for it.
They didn't even pick up the rental until the day after I returned it. I should be charging them.

My car was in an accident & my insurance company (State Farm) told me they made me a reservation. I get there and they had never made the reservation. I was assured by the gentleman that helped me that there was no deed to work and he took care of it. He was so nice & helpful. I did not get his name but he was the only guy working Wednesday, 6/19, 11am.

I book a reservation for friday 5h they send me a comfirmation mail and once there (friday 5h03) the lady said sorry we are close
And as they are not open on weekend i did cancel my trip. Poor management.

Management straight up lied to me when I tried to return my car here (on a Friday at 4:40…I think they just wanted to leave) and made me drive 30 minutes to the airport to return. There are other locations not too far away, so yourself a favor and rent from there.

After a horrible experience with Enterprise, I was pleasantly surprised by Hertz. In and out with a new Corolla. No wait. Competent customer service. No hassle! Skip the headache and start at Hertz!

Not only did you never reach out to me, but I called the office and was told that one of your employees would look into my file and call me back. Surprisingly I never receiving a call back from the office. Now the shady fleet company you contract sent me another letter saying I owe them money for a windshield on a car that was damaged when I received it. On top of that they want close to $800 to fix a $300 windshield. What kind of scam are you running.

Fantastic customer service and they were a huge help and were very accommodating to my unique requests and situation. Morgan especially was very helpful!As for their specific fleet, I saw a bunch of RAV4, Camry, CX-5, and Tiguans (I'm sure they had more, but this is what I saw the most of).

Very sleazy. I returned my car half an hour before my reservation ended, and a week later I find that I was charged an "extra hours" fee because they hadn't logged the return time until a few minutes after my reservation ended.To their credit, the car was clean and they did refund my money after I called and explained the situation, but I will not rent from here (or any Hertz location) again.

Eleven years ago, Hertz rented me a van while my van was being repaired. I was a single mom with six kids at home back then. My card was declined for what my insurance didn't pay. I don't recall being contacted about this nor them perusing the debt though it was a long time ago, and I was struggling financially at the time. Now, ELEVEN YEARS LATER, I have excellent credit. In the time since that happened, I could have filed bankruptcy and restored my credit. Now, in spite of my high credit score and financial responsibility, I am still on a "do not rent" list. The corporate practices of this company and it's affiliates are entirely lacking in compassion and ignorant of the realities of working people. Do not support companies that practice this level of unforgiving classism.

First, they NEVER answer phone. And when they finally do it is obvious they are under staffed and under payed. They are so stressed they are rude and not accomadative. Not a pleasant experience for any of us
