I’m so happy since I switched from a large bank to Heartland, just knowing my tellers who have become family always makes it a pleasure coming in for my 3 businesses. The staff doesn’t give you a number to call and deal with an automated teller, they handle what ever issue I have right then and there.

I LOVE this place! Everyone is so nice and helpful and makes sure to ask how I am every time I come in. I never leave without having had a good laugh. I’ve made them all swifites, especially Jim. My only complaint is that I haven't gotten to be the one running the music, I know they'd love my playlist. Seriously, a very friendly, fun environment and I would 10/10 recommend that everyone and their mom does their banking here.

Not good ! Terrible service! It takes forever to get the simplest deposit when they are not busy! The drive-through takes even longer! They don’t have computers at the drive through so they take it back to there desk!

Went to this bank at 10am on a Saturday it was empty no customers. Tired to break 2 $20s for singles and couldn’t do it because I don’t bank with them. Went across the parking lot to PNC. They had 6 customers in the lobby and they didn’t even pause when I asked them to do it.

Thank you to Heartland Bank for their guidance and support throughout the PPP processes. The team at Health Bank was always professional, no matter who I spoke with. While I sensed their team was learning about the PPP program like I was learning, they would always follow up if they did not have an immediate answer to one of my questions. Each person was very professional, but more importantly they seemed genuinely interested in helping me with our small business. Outstanding customer experience! Truly appreciated.
