Second time we stayed here this year! It’s always comforting when the same friendly people are working the front desk months later! Clean rooms NO MUSTY SMELL. Usually when staying at hotels I wake up and need a Benadryl, but not here! Breakfast on the weekend the first time was better quality food though. This time we checked out on a Monday and the food was mediocre. Will be staying here again!

The hotel was nice enough. However, I do think they need more lamps in the rooms. It seemed quite dim in our room, even with all the lamps on.

This location is great! It's so close to so many restaurants, cafes, children's parks, and nature sites. The hotel is hustling and bustling, too.

Hotel is very convenient to a lot of places. The room is fairly small and ours needed an update. Free parking and free breakfast. Breakfast is typical for a Hampton Inn. Safe location. Our room wasn't serviced during our 2 day stay. Price was very good for a football weekend.
Rooms: Rooms are old and small. Bathrooms are OK but also small. Rooms are clean though.

My husband and I stayed at this property very nice and quiet, but there was one person who was outstanding her name is Tina, and she worked on the day shift, and she was very friendly my husband and i appreciated the kind welcome she gave us the next.

We stayed a few nights and the staff was wonderful. One in particular stood out. Tina went above and beyond to help us feel at home. She as well made my kids feel special and they will remember this trip because of her and her kindness. We will be returning. Thank you Tina !!!!!!!!!

I have always loved Hilton/Hampton hotels and this met my expentation. The female staff from the moment I arrived to the time i left was very helpful and sweet. I was there for a concert and it felt nice to be welcome and have great hospitality. The only con I had was only certain rooms had microwaves and they only have 1 downstairs especially for the price I paided for 2 nights.
Another con was the comfort of the beds. It was very stiff for a queen/king size.

Staff was great. Rooms clean, except bedding has stains on them. Breakfast was good. Varies daily. Good selection. Clean pool.

Pluses: room was clean and great, outdoor pool was clean and cold.
Minuses: public areas are not cleaned well: hallway carpets need to be shampooed, flooring in lobby and elevator was never mopped. It was just as dirty when we arrived as when we left. In the room the area under the AC/heat was dirty.
Hampton Inn environmental complaint: The scrambled eggs are not made fresh but are microwaved plastic pouches, too much plastic utensils in plastic packaging. Please just cook eggs and stop with all of the plastic.
Location required getting on the highway to go anywhere.

It's ridiculous for us to have to contact your property. We won't use it until we hear the cleanliness issue has been resolved.

Overall a good hotel to visit - but had to ask for towels and wash clothes twice as the staff only included 3 bath towels and 2 wash clothes for a room of 4 guests not once, but twice. Breakfast isn't anything to write home about, but you won't go hungry.

I love staying at Hilton Hotels, but this one didn't meet my expectations. The sheets weren't clean enough. There was a blood spot on them. One of the towels had eye mascara leftovers on them, which was obvious to spot. Then, breakfast time, there wasn't enough food, and only one lady was working to refill what's running out, which I understood was that she couldn't do all of the work herself.

Online, states there are microwaves in rooms. Not my room. No alarm clock in the room either. Told to use the microwave in the lobby. Garbage was piled up by the elevator and outside. About 30% of the lighting outside was out. No wonder another review said his truck was broken into. The light in the pic I took was from another property next to the hotel. Otherwise, it would had been pitch black. The breakfast was lukewarm, underwhelming, and mislabeled. That's not French toast in the pic. Room doors were painted obviously many times. They had scratches and colors from past paintings visible. Look at the tub faucet in pic, it was sideways lol. Would of voiced concern except I had difficulty understanding the employee that works at least 16 hours a day because he was there when we came in and when we left. This was obviously a franchise, and it showed. Cost cutting everywhere. Room was clean and in ok shape. TV was very good. It would not had been so bad at $60, but not the $150 plus tax that I paid. It'll probably be awhile until I stay at another Hilton property.
