Been going here since September 2022 for dip manicures and refuse to go anywhere else! Lynn, Alfie , and Chi are wizards with dip manicures. Love how I can always come back within 2 weeks to have any damages fixed for free as well :)
Cleanliness: Always spotless and organized! Never once had concern about cleanliness.
Stylist: Kim does a phenomenal job with pedicures! BEST massages ever. So attentive to literally every toe! My legs feel like jelly after and my toenail polish lasts forever.

I wasn’t pleased with my results. A man did my service, after I told him I don’t want drill for my cuticle he still did it. He was very rough with pushing my hands around. I showed him A PICTURE of how I wanted my nails and it looks nothing like it. This was my first time and unfortunately will be my last time attending
Update: I contacted the manager and he is willing to do things right. I explained to him what happened, showed him my inspiration picture vs. The reality of what I received. We both agreed that it wasn’t what I had asked for.

I walked in today for a pedi with lynn and gel x nails with laura , let me just tell you , they both are absolutely amazing ! So sweet and friendly , hands down the most relaxing pedi I’ve had in my life , my nails turned out so amazing! I bite my nails down so far that i barley have any nails and she was able to create the best set of nails I’ve ever had! I will definitly be back!

I can't remember if I left a review already but I love this place and I hope they stay consistent so I can continue coming back! I had solar nails removed and new set put on. I wanted almond shape but less rounded and wide. The woman who was at the front desk took care of me and perfected my nails. It's been almost 2 weeks since and they STILL look perfect , barely grown out at all.
I called late trying to find a last minute fill or full set because I was unexpectedly called to interview the next morning. She offered to get me in same day (6pm and they closed at 7 or 8) I was shocked and so grateful.
I wanted a clear/jelly pink. She was patient and we ended up doing 1 coat pink with the clear pink over it to match the exact color I wanted. This photo is taken today ( nails done 2 weeks ago)
Can't wait to go back.
Also- they offer wine at their bar (place is huge and perfect for wedding parties and prom/homecoming groups)
Only advice is they need to get a sign or some type of advertising because in the 20 years living in the area I never knew they existed and drove in that plaza often.

I was looking for a nail removal and when the sweet front desk lady asked the nail tech if they could take me the nail tech rudely ignored her. Could have at least said no not just ignore.

I've been a loyal customer for almost a year and have always had great service. Unfortunately, I was told that my technician is "no longer accepting natural nail clients" and that I cannot continue to get gel polish done like I have every two weeks.. Very saddened to hear that she isn't working on clients without acrylic. I hope to find another salon that will accept natural my nails.

I've been coming here since 2017 but the last few times I've been disappointed. The basic pedicure is far less than it used to be in terms of time spent massaging, scrubbing and removing calluses. I always make an appointment but I've ended up waiting 15-20 minutes past my scheduled time.

I came to this nail salon after I had a bad experience elsewhere with trying gel out to get my dip put back on. The first time my nails looked so good and I was so excited to have found somebody who did dip applications so clean and not bubbly. I have always came back to the same person and each time it has gotten worse. The drill gets so hot burning my nail beds, so i even started soaking my nails off at home before coming in to avoid the awful burning when drilling down my nails before soaking them. I just got my nails done for the last time here. I left with glue all over my fingers, cotton ball strings stuck in my nails, lumpy and uneven application. Just awful. I got to my appointment at 3:30, wasnt taken back until 3:42 and was walking out at 3:58. Horrible experience!! So bummed it is so hard to find people of quality work anymore with nail services.

I was in town for work and was recommended to come to this nail spa by a friend. I called and there were able to schedule me same day for a manicure. Once I got there I noticed the entire salon was very clean and I was greeted promptly. I was instructed to immediately wash my hands then pick out a color. The nail tech was so kind and made sure I was happy along the way with the shape and color. I asked if they had time to get me in for a pedicure as well and they were happy to do so. I never felt pressured or rushed with anything. I got the organic deluxe spa pedicure. It was very relaxing. The lotion was warm, hot towels and hot rocks. The tech that did my pedicure was also very sweet and talkative. If I lived in the area this would be my go to! Thank you!
