“I love The Spot- Dublin. Cannot rave enough about coach Maurice. He is extremely knowledgeable and really great at cues and explanations. I've been lifting consistently for years and yet it's amazing to me how much more I feel after doing the same lifts with his coaching. He really listens to my goals and adjusts accordingly. He picks up on my mood and energy level and either meets me where I'm at, when he can tell that's what I need, or pushes me when I need that. He asks about/cares about my family and life-not just my fitness (probably because it's all intertwined). Every single time, I leave better than when I showed up.”
“I've been a member for a little over a year at Friendship! The name fits perfectly, as I have built several friendships during my time here! Two years ago, I herniated a disk in my lower back and struggled to bend over and pick up something off the floor. I learned from my trainer, Liz, that I needed to build my core muscles to support my back. Now, I can squat heavy weights, toss sandbags, push weighted sleds, etc. I also highly recommend the nutritional coaching! From Andy, I learned how important protein is to recover after a workout. Moreover, you don't need to eat a salad every meal or completely change your meals to become lean and fit!”

“I've been exercising in this gym for nearly a year now and i never thought until now to review it! The gym has everything you need. Great facility (they'll open up the garage doors in the summer for a nice breeze), great equipment, and great environment. It's never very busy. People are respectful. Nice layout. Three squat racks, free weights up to 100 lbs., and lots of machines. Only issue I've ever had is that one of the stair masters doesn't work. It's hardly a complaint given that I have never had a problem with getting on the other one.”
