Worst haircut experience ever! If I could give zero stars, I would. The stylist seemed completely clueless and uninterested. I asked for a simple trim with the most simplest instructions, and they hacked away at my hair like they were using garden shears. Uneven lengths everywhere, and it looks like a child did it. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs if you care about how you look!

We had an awful experience at this Great Clips store. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the stylist (she had a bob cut hairstyle and seemed older), but she completely disregarded our requests during the haircut. When I tried to indicate a specific area on my daughter's hair that needed attention, she sternly told me not to touch her hair, insisting that it was her domain. This lack of consideration for our preferences and dismissive attitude made the experience extremely unpleasant. Additionally, the haircut did not meet our expectations in terms of precision and style. Overall, we were disappointed with the service provided at this location.

I came to this location in hopes to get my hair cut on Friday because I had a new job I started this week and it was butchered! Everything I asked not to be done she did it directly and promptly and what I asked her to do she did the complete opposite... needless to say, I have to wear a hat for the next 2 months till my colicky grows back. Whatever you do don't let the girl with green hair and the side shaved touch you or your family's hair you will be disappointed!

Got the best-est haircut from Megan. She not only listened to me and paid attention to what I said, she also gave me input about my hair. She was wonderful and I will be seeing her again later this week.

All the girls here are really nice and do a great job. I only paid 18.00 for the cut so I was able to leave a large tip. I always make sure to give as much money to the workers as I can. They are the front line of any business and deserve to be honored for their hard work. Always be generous to your stylists and servers!

Clean store, polite staff, good product lines, great haircuts for a great price. I did witness a man before me who paid with cash but did not tip even though he said he loved his haircut. What a cheapskate! These stylists work hard and I'm sure rely on their tips as a large part of their pay. I always tip between 5.00 and 10.00, anything less (especially zero!) seems completely unacceptable at this price point. Great clips still has the lowest prices in town from what I've seen.
