Stylist: Trent has great hair cutting skills with scissors and is detail oriented. He is a good listener and that's why he does a great job and he asks before continuing. Good job.

A couple of years ago after surgery, I decided to cut my hair off, and wear it short. I went to this great clips on Sawmill as it was close to my home. I really did not like the person who initially cut my hair. I didn't like how she cut it, and she was always rude. She no longer works there. Then, I happened upon Rita! What a gem of a find. She always cuts my hair exactly how I like it, she is very friendly, and remembers my family. I have gotten more compliments on my hair than any other way I have had it, and people I don't even know stop me when I'm out and say how much they love it, and ask who does it. I know what her schedule is, and always check in on the app, and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes once I get there.
Stylist: Rita is not only does a wonderful job cutting my hair, but she is also a very sweet, and kind person. I'm so happy to have found her.

Today I received probably the worst haircut that I have ever received in my life. It was from your location. I wanted to reach out to the manager here directly but couldn’t find a way to. I believe the woman’s name who cut my hair was Pat or Patty. She was very old and I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but there is no excuse for the cut I received. Both of the sides and the top were completely uneven. When she was doing the edges it was physically painful in a way that I have not experienced since I was a child. She kept dropping tools and talking about her own troubles. I could also tell she was spending a lot more time on one side of my head than the other. This was supposed to be my haircut for my 40th birthday! I wasn’t expecting a spa day but just my regular haircut so that I can look fresh for my birthday party. Now I’m being laughed at by my immediate family “because I went to Greatclips” and it looks so bad. I want to be contacted by the manager of this location ASAP and I would like this fixed so that I don’t have to feel ashamed at my birthday

Do not go here!!! Got the absolute worst haircut of my life here today. He seemed under the influence or something he was being very rough and wiped my entire face with his hands when he sprayed water all over me the entire haircut was very uncomfortable. Used clippers for the entire haircut including edging it was legit awful. Went home and shaved my head because I was so embarrassed of it I couldn’t even look at myself in the mirror. Pushed my edges 2 inches back on each side for no reason have never got a haircut this bad before and I’m not balding or anything so there was no excuse. Would give a 0 if possible!

2/10- 530pm. Worst place. Today the hair stylist chopped off hair my son grew for 3 years. He seem to be deaf and used clipper and messed up my sons hair. My son showed a photo and said be light. He cut so much. My son has been crying for 1hr. Will sue this place and will keep writing bad reviews.

There were two employees there. A redhead and a girl with pink hair. The pink haired person kept interrupting the woman who was cutting my son's hair. She was saying things like " I want to throw something at you, I want to bite your hand, do you know? Then two senor women were walking and she said OH NO OLD PEOPLE." My son's hair cut was great but the pink haired girl was unprofessional.

Great Clips is so bad at cutting hair. Usually when I get a haircut there, they make it look like a bowl cut. Bowl cuts look really bad to me and some other people. Like don't make it be a bowl cut, make it a normal haircut.
