Walked into golf galaxy not knowing what type of help I would get with a putter. Spent 45 minutes with Jordan finding me the right putter. I didn’t think getting fit for a putter would have that much difference compared to my old putter and I would highly recommend Jordan. 10 Stars!

If there were 6 stars, I’d give them 6. Today I went in to buy a set of clubs for a Christmas present. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Matt behind the counter, who was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I told Matt my budget, and a general idea what I was looking for. He made some great suggestions, listened to me and we found exactly what I had in mind. Plus, he was literally 25 cents within budget. I would return to this store and recommend anyone looking for anything golf related to visit and ask for Matt.

I wish I could rate this stir and it's employees as a ZERO! I bought a $500 driver and it cracked in the first 30 days. The store would not replace it. I waited months for a replacement because they said they had to mail it in. When I get it back it is not the same driver head. After I complained they offered to exchange it for a new club. Why couldn't they do that to start? To make matters worse they wanted to argue with me to the point of aggravation each time I interacted with them. My suggestion- buy your clubs online because there is NO customer service benefit to buy it from Golf Galaxy. I won't ever again...

Today at 3pm a Crybaby millennial working at the “service” desk was more concerned about Covid than helping me find a suitable alternative driver. As My twice vaccinated boosted self approached the service desk he backed up 10 feet. Asked him a couple of questions about loft and driving irons and he had zero clue about anything and even less interest in helping me. I was dressed in proper golf attire and recently groomed. But he treated me like a filthy animal. Left without buying anything.

When we walked in someone asked us if we needed help with anything. I told him I had my driver head come off and that I was looking for a replacement and I would like to try some on their simulator. He said he would be back there helping another customer. To let him know when we were done looking around. Never saw him again. Several other employees walking around but didn't seam interested in helping me at all. I would not recommend this location.
