I would never recommend this establishment anyway. I have referred several people who have purchased new vehicles from this business. I have placed calls and told them to never purchase another vehicle from Jermaine Honda. It is not OK for employees to miss treat customers. So, they lost three customers today

Just stellar customer service!
My daughters car ended up being a total loss and we were in limbo with the insurance payout.
Everyone from sales to finance helped get my daughter in a great car and even helped get her off the lot today! You won’t find a more caring team anywhere.

Jheni was amazingly helpful!! She looked for a car for me in my price range and couldn’t find anything with all the features I wanted. Usually that would be the end of our conversation but Jheni went above and beyond! She kept me in her contacts to tell me about new inventory and she even gave me her opinion on cars I found on Facebook marketplace. She’s not just about getting a sale she’s here to actually help people!

Very disappointing. I purchased a car from here and during the test drive I noticed issues of the vehicle pulling to the left and some severely damaged rims. I let my sales person Jim no about the issues and they convinced me they would fix the issues no problem and still sold me the car. Take your business somewhere else or they will rip you off. My wife has taken her Honda here 3 times in the last 2 months and they continue to leave issues unresolved and over charge her due to her lack of knowledge of vehicles. The service team is rude and does a horrible job at explaining issues. Even a basic alignment is to difficult to complete here. Don’t waste your time and money, go ANYWHERE else.

Although we were definitely not planning to purchase a car this week, our old CRV unexpectedly reached the end of her trails. We really needed an affordable and dependable vehicle pretty quickly. Our sales representative, Tim Munion did a terrific job of narrowing down our options, staying inside our budget and providing us with the information we needed to choose the best used card for our family. We are delighted with our 2014 CRV and with our experience at Germain. Thanks Tim. The trade-in and purchase was a surprisingly efficient transition.

At Germain Honda of Dublin, we go the extra mile for each and every one of our guests. That was not my experience with the dealership. I had negotiated my price for a new honda accord and went in to finalize the sale. I dealt with Derek Barnes who was to send the sale agreement to my financing, and all this time he did not mention that they did not have the car on the lot .After my financing had completed all the paperwork and gave the ok for the car to be delivered, Derek send an email to say that the car is in transit and they do not have an ETA on delivery. A week later due to lack of updates and communication from them.Derek replied that he still did not have an ETA and there is nothing they could do. I politely asked them whether they were willing to give me a loaner as i did not have any means of transportation to go to work and they replied that they cannot do that. In my frustration i requested to speak to the manager Bill Alston, who was very arrogant rude,kept on yelling on the phone and was very unprofessional. I even asked him why he was yelling at me and i was not yelling at him. He also asked me to change the color of the car i wanted. They also kept on claiming due to COVID-19 they can do nothing. My point is if they knew that the car was not on their lot or as the put it "in transit" they would have saved me time,money and bad customer service. Germain Honda of Dublin, i am very disappointed by your lack of professionalism and courtesy. I ended up canceling the sale. Word of caution deal with Germain Honda of Dublin at your own peril.

Germain Honda bait and switch. I call first and Germain Honda to find out how much to make a duplicate key. The programming they said was $60 -$70 dollars and over the phone they say if we are able to program then the key should be low. I set up an appointment go in and come out with a $203 bill for one spare key. Absolutely ridiculous.
