I called the store because I was trying to make an online purchase but since it said limited stock it took away for order pickup. They do have a pair in store though. I asked if I could pay over phone or hold until tomorrow at 5. I live 40 min away for pickup and wasn’t going to be in dublin until tomorrow around 5. The manager Savannah could careless about helping customers and just basically brushed me off and said there was nothing she could do for me and told me no. I called customer service back they had a pair obviously so she took my credit card over phone in which idk why first customer service rep didn’t offer me that. She told me I would receive and email within 30 minutes. It’s been 3.5 hours still no email. I call back to store Savannah just happened to answer the phone so unprofessionally laughing. I told her what I did and she goes well I’ve never heard of anyone doing that before and I said well I am already charged and she goes well yeah but we haven’t got an order pickup yet. Tells me yet again nothing she can do, is rude, and tells me to call customer service back, so I do that. Then they proceed to tell me it takes 24 hours for them to receive the order. I’ve done plenty of pick ups before and online ordering and I have never been treated so badly and had this customer service and been given the runaround. I work in the industry I would never do this to one of my customers and I should not have to spend my day off making a ton of phone calls for a simple solution.

I had not been into a Macy's in a long time. It seems not much has changed. This store almost gives me an 80s time warp feeling. They still have the cosmetics counter ladies, the slow escalators, and the "soft rock" music piped in throughout. I will say the store was very clean and well stocked. In particular, the womens shoes and the housewares departments were a nice surprise. Great variety of brands. The customer service in the shoe dept was non-existent. They really need to just move to a self service model (see DSW). Overall though, a pleasant shopping experience. The Tuttle mall on the other hand....yikes.

This is my OG Macy's in the City. I have been coming here since I moved to Columbus and the mall and surrounding area was full of shops. To this day, I always find items here that are not at Polaris or Easton. I think it is because the store possibly has less traffic being in Tuttle Mall/Tuttle Crossing but I love it and I like to visit when Macy's have their big sales.When in the area, I cannot resist stopping in and will drive out from downtown just to go here. This visit, I even found a new jacket I have been looking for. I had not seen this option at other locations (but was on the app). It was here and it was on sale! Big Win and YAY!The mall itself is still worth a walk through but is nothing like it was 15-20 years ago. It is good to see that this Macy's is still here. They have a Macy's Backstage inside the store and if my memory serves me correct it was the first in the area. It's always worth a look around too.The store is a traditional Macy's layout and has everything you would expect. It's not my favorite location, but one of my favorite stores. Especially for the inventory and finds.

It was the release of the lost and found retro ones the guy told me there was 1 size 11 left and one of the workers went to the back and I watched him hide it for himself or maybe even to resell . I got to the front I waited in the no raffle line and I went to the register and asked about the size 11 the lady said no we don't have a size 11 go check in the back ?♂️aka ? The way she said I knew she knew that I knew They was hiding it for an employee I just walked away and said don't worry about it smdh

This is a very nice Macys location. It usually isn't too busy so you can easily find great deals. The staff is so helpful especially in the shoe department. I will definitely be back.

I ordered 3 dress shoes online. Two came in a box that was two times or more too big. There was no packing and the box looked like it had been repeatedly thrown. The shoe boxes in the packing box were also damaged. The third pair was in a smaller box with packing but the actual shoebox was missing the lid. This gives me the feeling that Macy's doesn't care about their quality. Macy's probably doesn't care but I'll probably shop elsewhere in the future.

I would give them 0 if I could, my wife, my kids and I were waiting at the line for 5 hours to get the Jordan 1 after waiting for soo long the manager came out and said they ran out of shoes even though we were the first group in line, customer service is terrible and their attitude is trash...we saw a few workers walking out with two pairs of Jordan's that were supposed to be sold to the public.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, I Repeat STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

When I say I had the worst customer service ever in a shoe store. When my boyfriend and I walked in we weren’t greeted nor were we asked if we needed assistance. When we asked to try on shoes the sales lady was rude. Walked in the back then walked out front. The lady at the desk went to get two of the three we asked to see. We were then told we couldn’t buy the first pair because we initially asked for three not knowing you couldn’t get three at a time. We settled on getting my step son a pair and us other pairs. The lady was so rude I just left. I’ll buy my shoes elsewhere, I understand there are rules but you don’t have to talk to your customers the way this lady did.
