You know I came in last minute in need of shoes for me and my daughter….. I know what it is like seeing people walk through that door when it is 8:55!!!!!! Well okay maybe 8:45, but either way once we walked in I was immediately greeted by staff and then they helped me determine what shoe I would want… Meanwhile someone helped my daughter look at shoes and find some her size.Well I found some shoes I loved but I just couldn’t do it, today was about my daughter so I had to pass. A big waste of time most would thing. But even after I told them I’d come back tomorrow they kept smiling thanked me and hoped I’d come back soon.Great Job TEAM FINISH LINE!

Bought my dad some air max 95, and he couldn’t wear them bc they are too narrow. So I returned them in hopes of exchanging them for a show that is wide but they don’t care wide shoes. I guess no stores carry wide any more. Customer service was great tho.

This store will be shutting down soon due to poor service. I don’t understand where all these Mickydees employees coming from. I know they don’t care about giving customers attitude so I blame whoever hires them. Here’s a tip: hiring anyone doesn’t help the business. Look at what happened to Eastland Mall Finishline. This is for the rude employees: Please stay in your miserable little hole. We didn’t come out to see you. I know y’all need attention one way or another,well this ain’t it.

What a horrible experience!!!!First of all nobody greeted me. Felt like nobody wanted to be there. I ordered 5/6 items online from Finish Line, and I needed to return one pair of running shoes since they were big and also they sent me a shirt with an RFID tag on it, so I asked them to remove that if possible. The clerk said that she cannot take that off since they don’t have the right tool? I just told her, ok return that also, should be simple right???? Than the other clerk - Milon stepped in rolling his eyes, while assisting other client stating that they cannot accept that return and that I needed to go to another store- JD at Polaris? I pulled the receipt, and showed him that I purchased this items online at Finish Line and that this is a Finish Line store, and on top of that it was their mistake to send me a shirt with the store tag on it. On this he kept on talking over me, rolling eyes and told me- ohhhh you don’t want to do this!!! Like I’m going to show you??? What? What is your problem? I called the supervisor to complain about her employee Milon erratic behavior, however she had no emotions, and just kept on defending him and at the same time he kept on talking back even over her!!! What a nightmare this experience was!!! This is my last purchase from this company. I will never do business again with retailer that cannot train its employees to deliver basic custome experience! What a joke!!!!
