Felt like I was putting the employee out by showing up. I belong to a large corporate account and have never been charged so much for packing a box. Do yourself a favor and go to the real FedEx store up the road.

Avoid using FedEx at all costs for shipping. It has happened again where they' didn't even try to deliver the package just makes it as delayed.

. An old lady always treats us not well. Couple times she charged us triple the price . Yesterday i came to your store at 5.00 pm She did the same thing , she is not helpful.

They never answer the phone and always act like we're incoveincing them to do their jobs! If u make a complaint they take it out on you somehow like putting your packages in the road!

This was the worst shipping i have ever done with fedex the employee that helped me was Rachna and she was very rude to me and my uncle we have been trying to send a package for 7 hours and I will not be returning here I hope she gets fired for being a very rude person and she should not be in any kind of customer service a horrible experience today at this fedex

Was trying to send a time sensitive package to my family and was given an arrival date that would have worked if not for simple fact the employee that helped me failed to let me know that they already had their last pickup for that day. I might have been 30 minutes past that cut off date (assuming the truck actually arrived on time), but It was stressed multiple times that it needed to arrive at the given date. If they had simply let me know that the last pickup already happened I would have chosen a different service. Also, why would their system let store staff pick a time that is not possible?

I made a mistake by walking in this location....I had a fairly big box weighing about 50 lbs. The tall lady took a look at it then said" you will need to have it repacked because the box is not good, and it is going to be very expensive" . Apparently she was not wiling to assist probably because of its size and weight. I ship FedEx very often (at least 200 times a year) and I know their rules on shipping containers. It looks to me that the lady just wanted to avoid work by rejecting my package. Should this type of employees be disciplined? I finally dropped it off at another FedEx store with no drama.
