I've been a few times this year and each time they were so helpful! Unfortunately, I don't know the man's name who helped me, but he was very patient, professional and kind. I highly recommend this FedEx office as they are very efficient as well!

Went in to order about 20 business cards and when I went in the guy up front said they only do one size and I said thats okay, his coworker ashraf then kept asking me what size I wanted the business cards even though I kept telling him “I was told you guys only have one size and I just want the basic size you guys do for business cards” and he kept nonstop asking until one of his coworkers told him what the basic size for a card is, when I was going to email the PNGs of what I wanted they both said I needed to convert it to a PDF before sending it to them even though at a different location they told me it doesn’t matter what file they receive from a customer, they’ll always automatically convert it to a PDF and when I told one of the guys that they said ok, they then gave me a quote for 20 cards with a basic matte finish and said it would be $30 and after telling them why it was so expensive they just told me to order online on their website instead to get a better price.

I got ran off the road yesterday by one of the drivers. This is the second time in the last couple months in the same spot. The 161 ramp to 33 around 9:00 a.m. Someone needs to monitor the drivers!!!

Do NOT use FedEX ever. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!! My daughter was visiting with her daughter who is g tube fed. She forgot the charger for the equipment. We overnighted it to her. Two days later and she still does not have it. They have no idea even where it is. All they know is it was scanned in Dublin and supposedly headed to Plain City. Was never scanned in Plain City. They assure me it wouldn't still be on the truck that picked it up. But they have no idea what driver or truck even picked it up. How is that even possible? So basically anyone dressed up in a FedEx uniform can go in and pick up packages and they would not know by who. Worst company EVER!!!!

The staff here was one of the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered. I had an issue and was pressing a deadline with my shipment and Ashraf took his time to come up with a novel solution to my issue. He was able to get my shipment out on time and effectively saved me nearly $1000 in the process. He and the rest of the staff here are amazing and should be recognized for their exemplary customer service. Great job taking care of your customers and ensuring that my needs were met.

Almost every time we have to use FedEx they tell me my package will arrive on a certain day and they wait till up in the day they reschedule for the next day. They have even lied twice and said the road was blocked and they couldn't make the delivery, I live in a small town and I know for a fact the road was never blocked. Their driver just didn't want to deliver today so they make an excuse. This is unacceptable when they are supposed to deliver a package on a certain day they need to do their job and deliver it.

I've reviewed this before, but I guess that was when it was Kinko's or UPS. Same store, same owners, new name. Printing, copying, faxing, mailing, plus office supplies, and some snacks and drinks. I've used them for more complicated issues, but this time I just needed to print something- my printer is not working. 15 cents for a page, so super cheap. Easy to do, friendly and fast service. Easy to get to off the highway, though it is tucked away in a weird little corner (turn in at Huntington Bank.) This is handy on my way to work. I'll be back.

I went into this store this morning. The return merchanise only gave me usps or fedex as an option. So I had to pick my poison. I chose fedex. I literally had no greeting once coming in , the lady at the counter was VERY unpleasant and clearly didn't want to be there. She didnt even smile. She did scan my return code , place the new label on my package. So she seems to know what shes doing but ....it took a long time , it was awkward with her seeming so frustrated with my presence. Meh in my opinion go to the UPS store if possible. Much nicer people work there and they smile.
