What can I say, Ive never had a less-than-perfect experience here. Especially with tonights evening shift! These two are always beyond helpful, friendly and competent. It makes me want to keep coming back, and I always know I can trust them with anything important.

Really great staff they went above and beyond to help me, and had my items ready the next day. They helped me print save the dates for my wedding on 8/5/2024.

I've come here about a half dozen times for shipping, printing, and laminating. There is nothing but consistency with how accommodating and knowledgeable the staff is. This isn't the closest shipping center to my home, but I go out of my way to come here because I know the staff will go out of their way to help me.

No issues with this location. Driving in is a pain as you have to go behind the store to get to it but that's the only issue.

Came to get status on a package I had redirected. Staff had not information and told me to call the help line which was a useless automated system. Horrible customer service system

The person helping me ship my item found me a faster delivery time for the same price as the 2-day delivery I was planning on getting.I witnessed her be helpful to multiple customers while I was in the store, especially an older man who almost left without something AND she offered to grab him a flat bag to keep his copies fresh. She had sparkly eyeliner. She is my new queen. If I knew her name, I’d write it in on a mayoral ballot.The next time I’m like, “I’M TOO TIRED :(,” I will remember her dedication to making sure that guy’s copies stayed nice and being kind to me while she was running around and I will gain fortitude from it.I will never go to another FedEx again.

I had an amazing customer service experience with Kenneth at this FedEx location! I couldn't find my tracking information, but he went above and beyond to help me locate my order and was extremely patient and kind throughout the entire process.Thanks to Kenneth's help, I will definitely consider this FedEx location for all of my shipping and postage needs in the future. I highly recommend others do the same!

Anytime I come here it’s great customer service. Another bonus is the fact that most of the employees have been around for years, and that is also a win in my book, and they know of you if you at least semi frequently come in. Sort of like a cheers but for FedEx! Highly recommended.
