Keep getting run around of when meds will arrive, then the supervisor tells us something completely different. Customer service has gone down hill in the last year.

Horrible company. Have had major issues every time I try to get a prescription. I have overpaid multiple times because express scripts tells you the wrong information.

Horrible company. Been forced to fill with them for over a year now and there's an issue every time I place an order. Customer service doesn't care. No sense of urgency. No follow up. Poor excuse for a health care provider.
