They never answer the phone. So it’s important to rent a car to arrange for them to pick you up. Spent 45 mins calling and left on hold till they close.

I'm not sure if they need to update their phone number on the website, or turn on the ring tone, or hire additional employees, but this branch does not answer the phone. I've attempted to call for different reasons multiple times, and once the automated system gets to the branch, it just goes on and on and on about nobody being available just yet. At different times of the day, different days of the week, whatever, I let it ring for 20 minutes before giving up. Not once have I gotten though to anybody.

Absolutely horrible, worst customer experience I have ever had! I had called Enterprise and reserved a rental car almost a month in advance. My insurance company and the collision center where I was dropping my vehicle off for repairs both had also reached out to Enterprise to confirm the reservation and pricing. Everything was supposed to be set for me to pick up my rental on Monday 1/22/24. Enterprise even called me on the Friday before to confirm everything was still a go. Well, on Monday on my drive up to them I called to make sure I didn't need to bring anything particular with me to rent the vehicle and all of a sudden they don't know me, allegedly im no longer in there system and when I told the guy that everything had already been set up and that this was unacceptable. He was very condescending. He tried making excuses and tried to blame me for it. I asked to speak with a manager/supervisor and he said he was the acting manager. I reiterated that I was unhappy about what was taking place and instead of him being understanding and trying to make things right he didn't want accept what I was telling him and he was very rude to me. He told me I would not be renting a car from Enterprise that day. Told me to call Hertz instead and hung up on me! I was absolutely shaken and beside myself in disbelief of how i was treated by this guy. As a paying customer I have never, ever been treated with such disrespect. I am writing this now after my vehicle has been fixed and luckily Hertz rental was just around the corner and were more than accommodating in getting me rental last minute that evening. Not to mention they were cheaper in price as well. I will be contacting corporate next about my horrible experience. This was absolutely unacceptable and the guy that I encounter has less than zero customer service skills and should not be representing any business.

Great service, loved my Toyota Camry, couldn't have been better. I'd recommend Enterprise to anyone. The building is a bit hard to find, though.

Walked in days before Christmas to get a vehicle for local travel purposes. I guess I 'interrupted' the light skinned girl who was so fixed at talking to her co-workers, I take it she was the manager. She was dry, condescending, and in the tone of her voice you can tell she was doing that on purpose cause it's the holiday season and she didn't obviously want to work. Even when I asked what is available and I said I was looking for a compact car it was like she kept on talking about a family van or a truck is all we have left. That's not what I asked for. Then she repeated herself 3 times about the van or truck like I was stupid or just going to take it. Beyond rude at this point and rolling her eyes at me as if I am 'bothering' her. I am in sales myself. She never directed me to the website for further help or even call other locations to accommodate my needs. I walked out mid sentence why she kept repeating things sounding like a broken record. After I left I peeped through the window and can see her and the 2 co-workers laughing. She needs retrained or fired. Her customer service skills as a manger lack the reciprocity of giving appropriate service to customers.

This time Enterprise missed the mark. The staff was nice, and quick to take care of things, but the car type I requested was not available so I either had to go with a compact or a minivan.I chose the compact, and ended up with a functional vehicle.Fortunately my road trip was cut short because it took me a little while to realize the fragrance of the air freshener was a boat load of Fabreese to cover up some flavor or cigarette... or something. Could have used some time to air out, maybe a few miles with the windows open.Nothing bad, but not up to the standard I'd expect.

I frequently rent from the Dublin, Ohio location. The staff is friendly and they always call to confirm my rental request. I have only had positive experiences here.

We picked up a Chevy Malibu at the Wadsworth location and dropped it off down at the Dublin Oh location. Both places the staff was easy to work with and had a pleasant experience.

It would have taken quite a bit to be much worse. My insurance company directed me to this company for a loaner while my car was being repaired after being hit by something in a parking lot. Problem 1 ... too little staff. With a reservation in hand and estimated arrival, a customer shouldn't have to wait over an hour. I did! The car had to return from service. No one to pick it up. Problem 2 ... All that waiting accomplished nothing. The seatbelt would NOT latch when applying breaks. Problem 3 ... All that waiting accomplishing nothing. I was told there were new wipers. Maybe so, but apparently installed by a Chimpanzee. Turned then on / blades flew off. Wanna bet Enter-the unknown will find something to overcharge me? I wouldn't take that bet if I were you. They apparently hold this type of customer in very low esteem ... who knows, maybe all customers.

Another headache at this location. They tried to put me in a filthy 2018 Chevy Spark! No Thanks! I went to Hertz and got a new Corolla. Start at Hertz and skip the headache!

I reserve the rental through my insurance, was picked up at the auto shop when I dropped off my vehicle by Enterprise. During the drive back the Enterprise employee gave me the sales pitch to upgrade to a nicer vehicle which I did consider. Once at the rental place was denied over 186$ from a debt that someone else's insurance company didn't pay from an accident, I didn't cause 14 years ago. I was more than willing to pay the $186 just to get my rental today but was told they couldn't do that in house I had to call a outside number so I was left to call for a ride and drove to Hertz where I got a rental car. No problem. Their loss of business not mine. It is what it is, but got to say the manager and assistant manager just standing there saying and doing nothing knowing I had no vehicle and basically just looking at me like I was stupid. Let me tell you that was a great feeling. Sure do NOT appreciate the management at Enterprise will never ever Go back or recommend anyone else. Also disputed 186 and should have it removed my record but still would take my business elsewhere. No thanks, rude, Inconsiderate and unhelpful people.

I drove a Chevy Spark over the weekend, from central Ohio to East Tennessee and back. Great ride, excellent and smooth comfort, with good miles per gallon. The service at Dublin, Ohio Enterprise was top notch. I will go there again.

I had to rent a car through my insurance. It was my first time ever renting a car, so the experience was brand new.Jaylan, the branch manager, has one of the grossest dispositions I have ever encountered. I was shocked that he was a manager, as he conducts himself in an incredibly juvenile way. He has an unprofessional tone, is rude, and overall made the experience terrible for me. He failed to properly explain an easy concept, and on top of that was nasty about it. It is never what you say, but how you say it.I had only ever spoken with him on the phone, however I had to visit the branch in person, and I immediately knew who I was talking to because of his rude attitude.Selena, the assistant manager, was super professional, kind, and thorough. Yet again the people who should be in charge are not, and customers are left to deal with rude managers (Jaylan).I am not sure who made the terrible decision to make Jaylan the manager, but they should definitely reconsider.
