It would be nice to have a store, since your Google listing says store.... Otherwise mark this location as corporate office only and emphasize no sale. I want to be able to pay in person,even if it's shipped to me. You know at a store... Person on phone was good and receptionist is good too. Just my gripe about listing name

Once again, good products and great customer service from EMP and Jennifer Childers. I've never had an issue with an order before, and this was cleared up in a short amount of time. Awesome company.

Ordered a product in February. It's June and the product still hasn't arrived. No communication from them since April. Poor customer service and no follow-up. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

I ordered a couple of items for my Palliative Care LLC and I am still still waiting on some products. The first ones came within a few days, which I was totally surprised at. I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs medical supplies.

Still not getting order resolved after 5 weeks. Charged $439.39 and no tracking number. Nobody will assist me with locating my order. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Very dissatisfied with EMP. Invoice # 2529171.

Recently bought some supplies, the cold packs expired 1 year ago (in 02/2022) I asked if I can mail to exchange them because they don’t show up in pictures (white stamping on white) and was told only pictures will do. After calling them out on Facebook they promised to get in touch with me and make things right….empty promises, I’m very disappointed
