We were checking out on a Monday. Breakfast buffet is to be served until 10 am but they shut it down at 9:30 am since it was slowing down. We just got to breakfast at 9:25 am. Not cool! Not many selections left due to them breaking down the buffet. The room was old and dingy. Mattress was worn out and bathroom dirty.Needs an update.

My husband and I stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus Dublin. We were attending a conference of professionals in our field and nearly 100 people were staying at the hotel during the 4 day conference. Even though we live locally, we decided to stay there to spend more time with those attending the conference. Several things stood out: number 1 was staff hospitality, availability and helpfulness; the facility is clean and very impressive, which Embassy Suites usually are in the common areas. There are a number of conference meeting rooms. The lighting and sound system in those rooms were first rate. The suite we occupied was very clean and so large and roomy. Even though all the rooms face the atrium common area, it was quiet when you close your door. (Hint: they offer tissues at the front counter for guests because there were none in the room so please ask!) The thing that surprised me most was the food! First of all I didn't think the hotel had a restaurant though I know it offers a breakfast buffet and omelette bar. But the lunches we were served during our stay and the snacks and cookies put out at break time were absolutely fresh and delicious! This is a wonderful facility for families and by Friday evening the hotel was full of a lot of families. Everyone seemed to be having the best time. We were very pleased with our stay and we understand why this is such a busy place for families and business meetings. It can manage both and it is so conveniently located right next to the Dublin exit of I-270. Way to go Embassy Suites!

Does it have a hot tub yes- but don't book this place if that's what you're looking forward too there was more then a dozen children , some so small they had puddle jumpers in the hot tub the ENTIRE night. The pool also here but very busy if you're an adult you're not going to enjoy these amenities.Edit in rebuttal: there were no posted adult only hours, that's something that could have been nice but something we didn't experience. We also After I reviewed went to bed and as usual checked pillows and duvets for down. I request no down but I'm very allergic so we.always check. And (not a surprise it happens almost every time) all the pillows.were down. We called front desk who did quickly come remove them, but informed us they had no replacement pillows. So I got less sick since they removed them but I had to sleep with no.pillows which sucks.

Stayed here thinking this location would be super nice but not what I expected. The Easton location is much nicer. This hotel was mediocre. The pictures online are way nicer than what the actual hotel looks like in person. The pool was super small compared to the size of the hotel. Crazy that they charge for parking even if you get a Lyft or Uber here. The parking lot is not secured or anything no gate just an empty lot next to the hotel not sure what the charge is for even if you park at this location. During the stay here there was some type of drug bust with Dublin police on site on the 8th floor my kids were startled and wondering what was going on. Had an issue with the payment for the stay here where they authorized multiple transactions charging double what the stay was. Just overall horrible experience will NEVER stay here at this location again. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good which is the only reason I gave 3 stars for location. Happy hour is an OK touch as well. Still not good enough for me to stay here again. There are lots of other hotels that offer the same with a way better appearance and experience.

Clean, comfortable room. Love the two-room format. Front desk staff is excellent. Check-in was easy, efficient and clerk was super friendly. During my stay, I requested a copy of my itemized restaurant bill that I misplaced. The desk clerks happily took my request and did extra research to find and make a copy of my itemized receipt. This is my third or fourth stay at this hotel and it is always a very good experience.

This is an extremely nice hotel. I went for a few days on a business trip. I stayed in a double bed suite. The doors are a beautiful solid wood, and open into the living/dining area. Between there and the bedroom is a kitchen sink, microwave, coffee pot and mini fridge area. The bathroom just off of that. The bedroom has a standing closet office desk and two king beds. The conference room we were in for our meetings was plenty spacious with a large projector screen and rows of seating. Breakfast is an open walk in buffet with fruits, bacon, biscuits and gravy cereal and hot cereals. There's even an open order area to have an omelet made. You shouldn't skip that, I chose the spinach and mushroom omelet, delicious, so much so I had to try and make one when I got home. This hotel is very close to tons of attractions and activity centers, there is plenty to do in the area.

Checking In: Mon Feb 5Room 1, Days 4, Guests 1Checking Out: Fri Feb 9Confirmation: 90887876Status: Canceled due to issues below1/29 – 2/2The good:• clean room and sheets• excellent water pressure• daily reception• salmon dinner was decent• daily refreshThe bad• Communication –o The manager on Wed, 1/31 was not aware of issues in the hotel. I spoke with the manager on Wednesday regarding fitness center issues below that were reported to maintenance and the front desk on Monday. She said she had no knowledge of them but would follow-up with the GM. I stated I had 5 more weeks to stay here in Dublin and had hoped to stay here again. I asked that she call me to give me an update on the gym equipment to determine if I would stay again. She did not call Thu or Fri or at all. My reservation was canceled on Saturday – 90887876. No future ones will occur.o The manager was also unaware of the credit card issues at the restaurant. One clerk said that is a different system. Though different shouldn’t a hotel with good communication and a competent management staff know about any and all issues within the hotel?o There was no apology from the manager that she didn’t know about these issue or the issues in general.• Daily refresh did not happen while away from roomo 4:30 pm Tue and 5:30 pm Wedo I advised them to just give me extra coffee and cancel Thu• Fitness center had lots of issueso Water cooler (filtered) Water leaking on floor Monday. I threw down towels and I notified maintenance, and they turned it off. No water on Monday. It was fixed the next day and had water Tue and Wed. Cooler was out of order again on Thursday but at least they put out water bottleso Weight stack had a several issues broken pulleys on both sides so unable to do certain exercises Cables were shredding due to defective pulleys Pulley system missing a bolt to hold cable pull in place Missing rubber grip on one handle Maintenance and front desk notified Monday nighto Peloton bike On Wed I told the manager the bike was not activated. She powered it on and said all you need to do is put in your email and walked away. WRONG – the bike needs to be activated by the hotel. Once activated anyone can use it with their free or paid Peloton account.o Recumbent bike TV not working on bike Resistance setting did not work. I adjusted from 1 – 25 with no difference in resistance Did not notify the staff since nothing would be done anywayo No remote control for TV Asked manager and another front desk staff person for one They said no problem and walked away. A remote was not delivered while I worked out nor did it arrive over the next 2 days• Bar restaurant credit card machine down Monday and Tuesday.o Had to use cash or room charge (which I don’t prefer due to splitting expenses)o Unknown if fixed since I didn’t try after thato Tuesday bartender was shocked that I said it was also out on Monday. He was disappointed that this was not resolved nor communicated to him• Roomo Stiff mattresso Fitted sheet didn’t fit mattress. It kept coming off and rolling up into the bed.o Heat not working first day and had to call maintenance.o Sink drain plug did not close. I shaved using running water into a cupo Slow drain in the tub so waded through water during showerOn a side note, I had to call the hotel to get my receipt. I also was not prompted to fill out a survey from the hotel. One would surmise that if surveys are not sent they don’t hear about the countless issues they have and that are not addressed.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful. Alexandria and Jalynn at the front desk are truly one of a kind. We're thankful for their fun and friendly personalities. They really made our stay here worthwhile. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! Chef Mateo was whipping out those omelets like the pro that he is! They were delicious. The evening drinks and snacks were a great treat. The heated pool and exercise room and business office were nice, and they were clean. The lounges and sitting areas were very nice and well maintained. The rooms look dated. The carpet in our room had a big pink stain on it and had frayed edges. The ceilings looked patched up and dated. The bathroom vent was super dusty and dirty and gross to look at, and it looked like mold growing behind the soap bottles hanging in the shower.Room service and housekeeping were fast. The walls are thin because you could hear the neighbors taking their showers and using the pipes in their bathroom. All in all, it's a very nice place but there is some attention to details that are needed.
