The casting techs here are so incredible! They did such a fantastic job with my son. They walked him thru everything, chatted him up and kept him distracted while doing all the things. These guys are keepers. They deserve raises!

I was worried about what kind of experience I would have, given some of the details in the 1-Star reviews. I was pleased to have had a good experience when I took my son in for a broken wrist. When I walked in, there were several people waiting to go back to an examination room. But I was checked in quickly, as there were 4 staff members checking people in and taking calls. I only waited about 10 minute, if that, to be called back to a room. And everyone ahead of me had been called back before me. Only waited 5-10 minutes for a nurse to ask me some questions. Then Dr. Chambers came in and we discussed diagnosis/imaging details and treatment from start to finish. Another brief wait until the tech came in to put on the cast. And one last visit by another nurse for summary, follow-up, and school/sports notes. Overall everyone was very pleasant, and I was in-and-out in less than 2 hours. And a good chunk of that was the process of putting on the cast. No long waits at any point, and very happy with my visit. Would highly recommend!

Currently, on hold trying to schedule an appt. I have been on hold now for 40 min. If this is any indication of how things are run. I'm hanging up and scheduling elsewhere.

Came here once instead of driving to Parsons location. Switched because the wait between being called back to the room and seeing the doctor took forever. Then afterwards it took even longer to schedule next appointment. We eventually walked out to the desk and told them we had to leave. 11 months later I hoped things have changed but it hasn't. If you can get in at another location, do so.

I am currently waiting to schedule an appointment for Ortho and have been on hold for 55 mins. NWC and Dublin Sports Center should hire more schedulers. They should also update their call-waiting solution with information on the length of time until someone picks up and give you the option to save your place and have a staff member to call you back.It concerns me they care less about patient care and service.

Our therapist (Elizabeth) is so good with kids and has so much patience/skill with very hyper, ADHD kids. So far I am thrilled!

I took my daughter here to follow up from a broken thumb that was diagnosed at the ED over the weekend. We waited about 20 min to come back ( not bad in my opinion). However we were there a total of TWO and a half HOURS just for an xray and a non waterproof cast......not acceptable. I have worked in a doctors office for 8 years and I have never seen such a quick appt take that long..EVER. you would of thought she was getting outpatient surgery for how long we were there. And the rooms were filthy. The table had sticky residue on it, the walls were dirty, floors were unkempt. These are kids, flu season and germs are very high in a doctors office. To not even wipe down the exam table is pure laziness and unacceptable. The staff were friendly which is the only positive thing I have to say. Her next follow up in tomorrow and if I'm waiting that long again, I will be speaking to the office manager before we leave!

4.5 Stars 1st VisitAfter reading the reviews I was a bit nervous about going to this center, however, my experience was very good. I could tell that someone from Nationwide/Dublin Sports Center has read these reviews because their seemed to be awareness by personnel on the areas as previously described as challenged.When greeted by reception they were very friendly and she made sure that I understood I was early for my appmt and there might be a wait. They also gave me a survey sheet to complete and turn in as I leave asking about wait times, cleanineless and etc. I felt reassured that they were taking steps to address their issues. We were called in before our appmt time. The nurses, assistants, fellow and doctor were very pleasant and seemed genuinely vested in our outcome. The exam table was freshly cleaned just before we walked in. The facility in general appeared to be very clean. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would recommend to others.I would say well-done to the staff for being RESPONSIVE to the previous reviews!

This place was dirty. I took two pictures with grime on the patient table. Was a long wait and I felt like we got zero attention.Follow up: I received a follow up from children’s customer service. It took 2 emails before someone responded (over the course of a month). Once they did the service was less than expected. I waited an additional few weeks for them to review my claim and then come back having done absolutely nothing. Next time record you visit as apparently my word and photos of the facility were not enough to show its flaws!

The staff was very nice however I agree with the other people giving the review, waiting over 80 minutes with your child after your appointment is a bit much, especially when they ask you to arrive 20 min early and if your 10 minutes late they will cancel your appointment. Actual time with the doctor was less than 5 minutes. Disappointing.
