“This site is so convenient, often finding things that are difficult to find at other stores. I visited on a Sunday, and the aisles were full of incoming stock, with only two staff members in sight. This made it difficult to maneuver through the store, and the 2nd staff was constantly having to stop putting up stock to open a second register. I could not help but recall back when I worked retail under these conditions. It was apparent they were doing the best they could do, focusing on customer service first.”

“The hardworking team at the Dollar tree closed the store for a couple weeks in order to get everything unloaded and stocked on the shelves and it looks amazing! I am so grateful that they closed and took some time to do that because yes it was worth it.”

“Pros:- There some not a bad things that you can buy there for a dollar ( like soap, laundry detergent etc). And others.- Some cashiers are friendly and helpful ( especially Aaron).Cons:- Be careful with food especially meat stuff ! Check expiration dates.Recently bought couple sausages, felt bad after eating and tried to return second one. They don't accept returns for food stuff ( for example, Kroger does).- Sometimes it is hard to find something ( ask cashiers).Ps. I'm not so picky customer and don't compare DG with Kroger or Target. Of course, for shopping better to go to target or Kroger, but to survive - DG is ok”

“Love it. I am SHOCKED by how cheap these items are. Literally everything they have is $1.25 and I pay 3-5 times as much at other stores. Issue about the boxes/service? Sometimes they only have one (1) worker. So them having to accept a delivery ? means they’ll have to go back and temporarily do that. Don’t blame the workers please.”

“Just had a great experience with two married employees. Although I was there very close to closing time, the lady & her husband were extremely kind & patient. She even got her husband to stop what he was doing to deal with some hyper aggressive dude who was hanging around outside. It would’ve been very easy for the crazy guy to take advantage of me while I was carrying my bags of salt, but he didn’t thanks to them. Definitely thankful for them. Definitely good people!”

“Didn't expect to ever review a Dollar Tree as I thought all Dollar Trees had the same energy -- dimly-lit, messy, and tight aisleways where you have to hunt for what you want. That said, this Dollar Tree was a pleasant surprise. It's organized and has a lot of options for items. It was pretty busy, but they had enough cashiers AND people stocking items. Maybe the bar is low, but it's honestly organized a lot better then most stores in Columbus. Definitely the best Dollar Tree I've ever gone to so far.”

“I saw an item online at a very low cost and expected it not to be available. I was wrong they did have it. I was very happy. While there I looked about and saw a great many deals on a variety of things. The store was a bit messy but clean. I figured like a lot of other business's it is lack of employees. “When I used to shop here before 2022, the place was always a mess. You would have to squeeze past all the huge carts of stock that seemed to never get put on shelves. Things would be strung out of boxes and all over the floors. So I stopped going there for a while. When I returned to ohip after an extended stay in NY in April, I was pleasantly surprised when I went in with a friend who asked me for a ride there. There was only one huge cart out and there was a guy named Josh putting the items on it on the shelves. All the aisles were clear. The workers are all so friendly and I love stopping here. In fact it's my first choice on shopping near home. I probably stop in close to 4 or 5 times a week. Keep up the good work DG team!”
