Had to give clerk my backpack and personal belongings before entering the store. My wife's giant purse was ok, but my bag was considered unsafe. I don't quite understand why ACE is the only store with these safety concerns.

Every shopping experience has been fantastic . From matching paint colors to a recent mower purchase . I’d like to especially single out Scott for helping me recently on a repair . This E&H Ace Hardware will always be my only store for all my hardware needs . They even were able to match hard to find hinges when I painted cabinets .

EveN the craft soda is BaD. !!!
The products I bought didn’t work the greatest. However they did do what I wanted. So for that I am happy. I’m upset that they closed at 7 pm on a Saturday. I think they should be open till 8pm.
Maybe close at 7pm on Sunday. I understand closing early on Sunday.
I needed One thing . I can only get at ace and they were closed.

I was greeted within seconds of walking in the front door and I then asked where I could find Command strips. An employee named Karen immediately said aisle 21 at the very end on the left without hesitation. I love going to this hardware store because I can be in and out in under five minutes and it's very convenient!

Do not recommend this place for repairs. I had a weedeater there for three months with no repairs done. I called multiple times and was always assured they would get to it soon, etc. I finally picked it up, unrepaired. I definitely feel like I was not “worth it” - won’t be back.

I read recently that Ace's sales are growing while Lowes and Home Depot's are falling. I now understand why having shopped at this Ace store many times. Although it's not a warehouse, Ace has always had what I was looking for and there are always employees willing and available to help. Without fail, someone always asks me if they can help, and I've *never* had that experience at the big box competitors. My wife even commented about how friendly and helpful the folks at Ace are when she stopped by this Dublin store last week to pick up some bags of potting soil. Ace understands the importance of customer service and thus they have earned my business and loyalty.

Ace Hardware is my go to for needed hardware items. Staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I’ve been shopping at ACE for over 20 years.

l like Ace Hardware in Dublin because it is very well organized, clean and I can find things easily. The complimentary products of candles, magnets, picture frames, kitchen towels and the like is lovely.

Thank you for putting together and delivering my new Weber grill…and then hauling away my old grill. There was no additional charge for those extra services. I don’t believe that there is any other store in the area that does all that. Thank you so much, Ace Hardware.

No longer a small business. Nothing like Roush was.In reply,The hardware selection is smallerThere's less services provided by the shopI could ship anything to my own houseWalmart is also a family owned businessMy reasoning being its not a change in name with an update its an entirely different entity. The one star is because its also misleading that you still have all of roush hardwares reviews.
