Chad in shoes is amazing. He goes above and beyond. I was there Tuesday. There were several families stalking him lol because of the area these people feel privileged, entitled and don't like to wait there turn. He helped everyone, is kind and professional. The poor guy doesn't even get commission. I would bop those customers on the head. They need to take course 101 on how not to be rude!!! In fact the Mgr and staff were all great.

Wish I would’ve gotten the name of the person who helped me. Greeted me immediately, grabbed my pickup order, asked if I needed anything else then went and got it for me…I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes. So helpful, so kind—what a great experience!

Becca was and is a very patient and helpful employee! I am picky on the colors of equipment I choose and she was able to help me coordinate my equipment to match but also be good quality. Also, it was so cool to have a female football player help me pick out some new football gear. She knows her stuff!

Wanted to purchase a pair of oakleys, stood by the sunglasses display for 40 minutes and not a single employee even looked me in the eye, the manager seemed to be hanging out laughing and talking with 2 other employees in the middle of the store. Store wasn't busy at all. Could I have asked someone for help? Sure, but id rather give my business to a store interested in it.

Great experience at this store. Was greeted by manager as soon as I walked in. Even though they were close to closing, there was an attendant just about anywhere you needed them. The store was stocked super well. I was going there looking for athletic clothes, hats, and golf equipment. Everyone was pretty helpful.

If there happens to actually be a price tag on a products it is surely incorrect. Wasted 30 minutes with online chat to try to fix the problem and they aren't helpful. Also, with a huge checkout line they only have 2 registers open but plenty of people just standing around. This is why I use Amazon.

staff is well behaved and knowledgeable, product collection is good.
but very costly, same items you can buy from manufacturer for upto 50% off... or from other general shops.

I went to the Dublin location on 1/17/24 and was incredibly disappointed with the experience. I passed by at least five employees or had them walk by me, one of them even appeared to be a manager or a shift lead (brown hair, scruffy, glasses, wearing a cream sweater). Not a single employee checked on me or any of the other customers. They didn’t even look at me as I was trying to compare items on my phone and was trying to figure out the layout of the store. One associate went to the manager and complained that there were three associates standing up front doing nothing. The manager explained to the associate that he had to work on a large truck order. Could I have asked for help? Sure. But I’ve been in retail since 2012 and have been in leadership or management since 2014. I’ve always been of the mind that truck can wait when there are customers because the customer comes first. Let’s face it, without the customers you have no business. I get that you have a lot going on, but you need to treat your customers better. Needless to say I will never be back, I can spend my money elsewhere. I will say that Kyle W was actually very engaging and positive while he was checking me out. But to have the only positive experience happen at the register is really sad. Do better.
