“I wanted a very special dress for my son's wedding. Macy's did NOT disappoint me. The designer gown in just the right color was perfect. The price was somewhat less than I expected to pay. The gown is exquisite & fits well.”
“Good Meijer. Tips: The best time to shop on Saturday is before 11:00 AM, they are not too crowded and have plenty of cashiers. TIP: The Coke Freestyle and Icee machines at the gas station are well maintained and usually work. The ones inside the store are not.”
“My husband and I recently shopped two weekends in a row at Penneys and were pleased with the selection, value and sales you had going on. It brought back memories of earlier happier times in life, and the way it is decorated for Christmas really puts us in the mood to shop. I also love your jewelry selection. I prefer your store over Kohl's which is too "plastic" and lacks great selection. Please don't go. Hopefully with a new government administration the economy will pick up and things will improve.”
“I honestly have to give a huge shoutout to the Sawmill Rd Target. I had a curbside order right before heading to our new place. I had my son with me, my fiancé drove separately since we moved some items in today.
my baby wasn’t a happy fella and was crying. I pulled into a spot and got him out to check on him. I was trying to calm him down and the curbside attendant came out and checked on us and asked if we needed anything. I told him I appreciated it and said he just needs to eat a little. I sat there for a little bit to feed him before we left and the attendant came out again to make sure I was good. I wish I got his name but it made this mom here feel good because I was also ready to cry. Postpartum has been hard and this interaction made my day.”
“I did take my 3yo son for his first salon haircut and we had the best experience!The lady was very nice and professional and she knew how to deal with kids, Definitely recommend.”
“Good value for your money. This is not top end, but it is not high prices either. They seem to be doing a better job of keeping the store clean. (Sometimes, I think the customers do a bad job keeping the store organized by not putting cloths back and just making a mess for the employees to fix, if you know what I mean.)”

“This is one of the few Hollisters that I actually enjoyed going too! You know what this store has that many others don't, it's got a clean clearance section! I bought a few shirts there too that I'm currently wearing while in the process of making this review. I do want to point out the one gentleman that works there during the evenings, I forgot his name is great with customer service and definitely enjoyed his warm attitude which brightens up the whole store. Too bad I won't be in the area any time soon. It's definitely a decent place.”
“Personally, I love this Macys location. It's smaller than Polaris and Easton so there are less options BUT they have a backstage section and because it is smaller you don't have to deal with the craziness of the other locations. They still have a reasonable selection of items and offer curbside pickup. The store associates there are always pleasant and professional. I've never had to deal with anyone with a crappy attitude or bad customer service.”
“Solid Target location! Very large, organized, and clean in the store. Associates are pretty hands off, even at check-out (plenty of self-checkout), but I didn't mind this at all. Much better than a store that watches you like you're a criminal. There's an expansive book and music selection, including k-pop! This is always my favorite section and the sign of a good Target.The main detraction is the pricing and restroom. There is very very limited clearance and sales, and prices in general aren't great here. The women's restroom was also NASTY, as if it hadn't been cleaned in days. Multiple dirty stalls, toilet paper on the floor, smelled bad but not in an individual way. Again, as if it just hadn't been cleaned in days. Probably use the restroom before you come here.”
“This is my OG Macy's in the City. I have been coming here since I moved to Columbus and the mall and surrounding area was full of shops. To this day, I always find items here that are not at Polaris or Easton. I think it is because the store possibly has less traffic being in Tuttle Mall/Tuttle Crossing but I love it and I like to visit when Macy's have their big sales.When in the area, I cannot resist stopping in and will drive out from downtown just to go here. This visit, I even found a new jacket I have been looking for. I had not seen this option at other locations (but was on the app). It was here and it was on sale! Big Win and YAY!The mall itself is still worth a walk through but is nothing like it was 15-20 years ago. It is good to see that this Macy's is still here. They have a Macy's Backstage inside the store and if my memory serves me correct it was the first in the area. It's always worth a look around too.The store is a traditional Macy's layout and has everything you would expect. It's not my favorite location, but one of my favorite stores. Especially for the inventory and finds.”
“Very positive experience at this store! Store staff Constance is AMAZING. She made us feel comfortable. She took the time to find a sofa that worked for our livingroom. She was helpful without being pushy.
I feel like the sofa I bought is very high quality for the price. We bought a warranty on the sofa that is returned to us if we never make a claim. Our furniture is arriving within a week. Seamless process fo far!”
“I know I can come to this store and find what I need. For some reason this store is always stocked. Long lines, yes,,, but all the employees seem to be very happy to be working at this location. Also, I can find a lot of my organic butter, bread and bagels here. They have a lot from their older store they bought out of Wild Oats. Loved that store. Anyway, bathrooms are clean by the way.”

“I recently used the curbside pickup service at the Walmart Supercenter and had a mixed experience. I had to wait for about 15 minutes before my order was brought out, which was a bit frustrating. However, I do appreciate the convenience of the service overall.
One thing I really like about this particular Walmart is the variety of brands they carry, which sets them apart from other locations. The store is well-stocked and offers a wide range of products, making it easy to find what I need.
While the curbside pickup could be more efficient, the in-store shopping experience remains positive due to the diverse selection available. I hope they improve the pickup wait times in the future.”

“The pharmacy is wonderful. They remember my name and always listen to my problems. Lines aren't the greatest but better then most places. Some employees aren't helpful which is sometimes not knowledgeable but I understand it's hard to find employees. I wish they'd reopen the dressing rooms.”

“This big lots sells everything from coffee makers to bedsheets to Furniture. The manager is very kind. The cashier is super sweet and they have so much food choices, Also. I love this shopping experience.”
