Pharmacist was extremely rude over phone. Was not even trying to understand the question. Never ever spoken to someone so much rude. I will take my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

The person who waited on me (cashier name on receipt Jacob) was very unprofessional. I came in today to pick up my prescription and he was very rude. He rolled his eyes at me when I was at the counter (I'm taking he is mad because I had my Trump shirt on) then continued to have a smart ass attitude when I went to pay for my prescription. He then shoved my prescription at me. I will be rethinking where my prescriptions will be filled out. It was very unprofessional of him to be that way towards me.

Hurried to the pharmacy for a prescription pickup. Made it several minutes before 10 pm closing. Pharmacy worker closed up early in front of me and got himself in his car and off the property before I could even got back to the double doors of the store. CVS, thanks for [not] helping me out.

Items weren't well stocked.
They also took down all the tags for sale items which was inconvenient and confusing.
In addition one of the staff lady who was middle-aged was racist and she completely ignored me after I talked to her for help face to face.
I expected her to come help me at the self service checkout but she didn't amd was doing something else behind the counter.
I thought it was very rude of her today on november 16th 2024 11AM

Worst pharmacy ever!!!! Pulled up in drive thru at 126pm with 1 person ahead of me. They shut the window at 128pm for lunch and did not wait on me! Zero Customer service skills!! So rude!!

The front of this cvs is well-stocked, and someone’s always here to greet me. The pharmacy was open late here so I decided to go back and check on some medicine. Pharmacists seemed very tired and overworked. Hopefully the manager can balance things out better with them. Luckily the prescriptions didn’t cost too much. There’s also a minute clinic here.

They took 3 weeks to not fill a prescription for me. Every time I called I was told they where working on it. I went in in person and waited for nearly an hour for them to fill it after I had been out. First and last time using this pharmacy

I hate when I have to go here because they are the only ones open late. The staff are often rude, always more interested in their personal conversations than serving customers. They actively try to avoid eye contact with people waiting so they can keep hanging out and socializing. If you ask them to check on something for you, be prepared for an eye roll and deep sigh. There are a couple staff that are excellent but the rest are awful enough to make me avoid the place. The CVS down the road is the complete opposite, always kind, caring and professional.

It’s so rare that I do this for any big chain because it won’t make a difference, but I feel compelled to get this out there because this pharmacy really is just so bad. Healthcare is hard, I get that. And achieving true health care really does require a certain type of person. The staff at CVS just… aren’t it. If you are looking for a pharmacy with people who are knowledgeable, compassionate, and organized with even your most basic healthcare information, do yourself a favor and go to one of the local pharmacies or Kroger!
