I had the unfortunate experience of CSNS relocation services being the third party contractor for crating for my interstate move. The lack of professional nature of the employees as well as substandard job left little to be desired. My mirror was not properly crated. I was made fun of when a decision was made by packers that additional item needed to be crated on a second day by the same crew. To top it all off, I accidentally called the crew in an attempt to reach another provider during my moving process and the representative answered to alert me to his exploding bowels and the need for a bathroom. Buyer beware!

Surprise charges! I had the unlucky chance of CSNS being the third-party provider selected by United to handle crating and my Peloton. My items arrived damaged due to poor crating by CSNS. In addition, they have now come back and said that additional charges were incurred in the process that were never presented to me at the time of service and that I owe them additional funds above and beyond what was quoted. I am ready to call the BBB because of poor business practices.

AMAZING SERVICE! I absolutely love this company and they can do anything from handling a piano, crating, gym disassembly. They have low costs and their customer service is incredible. I've even spoken with the CEO of this company to advise how incredible they are!

Hi, Their team arrived at my Aloma Bend Ln, Oviedo, FL address without calling ahead or giving me a specific appointment time even over an email or voicemail. Then, they asked me to remove my wet clothes from the dryer if I wanted it to be packed. Now, I have to move with wet clothes on my hand. This is just not right in my view. If I was told at least 1 hour in advance or sent a text of message with a specific time at least a day before, or if the technical was a gentleman willing to wait for 5 minutes as I requested, I would be much happier.-Sumit

Rating =Big ZERO!. I was 'required' to use CSNS through Bekins moving company. Charged $149 tp prepare my grandfather clock for shipping. Then charged $161 to unpack it - but discovered the pendulum was destroyed so nothing was done ...but they still charged me! It took 2 months for a clock repair to find a replacement pendulum. Also I paid $250 insurance for the move. When I asked why they would charge me to unpack it when they didn't -their response was that it was the agreement before the move. What an idiot I was to agree to this with Bekins in the first place. So to save someone else from this stress and ripoff, when a moving company insists you use CSNS to pack and unpack an heirloom, find another moving company. Avoid them and Bekins...
