Worst decision of my life!
Have a 2023 Alpha Romeo Stelvio Ti w 15000 miles on it now. Between Nov 2023 and August 2024 I've had to take the car in for 5 electrical issues and replacement. Now the entrainment system is acting up and they shut down the dealership in Dublin Ohio. They did not tell the current customers of this change so it takes a few days to figure out how to schedule service and I'm expected to take the car to an actual dealership several hrs of drive away. Absolutely the worst purchase of my life. Will never buy again or recommend to ANYONE. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS BRAND!!!

Absolutely disgusted. I ordered my daughter a brand new Alfa Romeo Tonale Veloce loaded. The car ended up in and out of the shop more than she was able to drive it. They did provide a loaner. The frustrating part - I just found out TODAY that they closed the Alfa Romeo part of the dealership/service in MAY and was NEVER NOTIFIED. My daughter called today to schedule an appointment because every light on the dashboard is on AGAIN. She has an appointment on Thursday (in 2 days) to see if they can do anything but she would probably have to take it to CINCINNATI OR CLEVELAND FOR SERVICE! I was also advised by James that I had a credit coming for previous mishaps, have repeatedly had to reach out with no communication and now it doesn't look like that will happen either. Based on all of the above - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP OR ANY OF THE CROWN DEALERSHIPS TO ANYONE - BUYER BEWARE!

Can’t really give any stars. I have been trying for 5 days to get a service appointment. First I tried online and got the message that my request would be sent on to service. Next I tried calling (4x) and was transferred to fiat service. I was instructed to leave a message but never received a call back. I even drove to Crown. Service was closed but a salesman took my information and promised he would get my number to service.
I’m hoping there is some kind of glitch that can be easily fixed. In the meantime I will go someplace else

I recently purchased a 2019 Jaguar F Pace from this dealership, and I had the best experience. I was lucky enough to schedule a test drive with Christian Rozanek and he was by far the most friendly, thorough and knowledgeable salesperson I've dealt with when purchasing a car. Everyone here was super helpful and made my buying experience easy and fun.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a used Honda recently. Christian Rozanek, salesman, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very informative and felt like a friend. James, the sales manager, was easy to work with. Cory Gasparro made the whole paperwork/financing piece go smoothly. Good group, not pushy, & very friendly.

I want to first say that my experience with service rep. Matthew Cogdill was great! I had left him a message about my service light being on in my car and had my car towed up there for them to look at. Matthew told me they were short staff, but by the end of the week they would have my transmission leak fix for me. Now the craziness… At the end of the week, I instead received a call that my car caught on fire!! IKR! Yes, on fire and burnt all the way up! Over the phone management ask for my insurance info. even said i was at fault. I went right up to Crown to see it for myself and take pictures. I couldn’t believe it. I was really emotional about it… kinda silly now to be crying over a car, but I actually just brought my 2014 Fait 500L .Matthew was there also. He and everyone else couldn’t explain what had happen or why. We had to allow the fire inspector to investigate for an outcome. Which in turn, lead to Crown apologizing for claiming me at fault. Its been 30 days now, I’m still without another car. The report came back as electrical fault..While it was sitting in a parking lot, not turned on, at 6am ? ??♀️I am so very Thankful ? No one was hurt ?? I will say that The entire time Matthew was very thoughtful, and responded quickly with all the correspondence back in forth. I don’t know if I would go back to Crown Fait of Dublin again, But that’s mainly because I’m never going to buy another Fait 500L… I did get a whole lot of attention in that car though ? .. JK.

I am so grateful for Matt Cogdill who scheduled me for an appointment the same day that I was having trouble getting my car started! It was the battery, as I suspected, but I was also able to get an oil change that I had not mentioned before. There was another issue that was found, and he came to me to ask if I wanted that fixed as well. Very courteous, polite, and friendly young man! The mechanics did a great job of fixing all issues quickly. The waiting room is comfortable.

Christian Rozanek Was such a pleasure to work with at Crown. He was knowledgeable, honest, and would bend over backwards to help the sale transaction take place smoothly and efficiently. Although we thoroughly enjoyed our Time with Christian, we have to mention that everybody we came into contact with at the dealership was amazing. Including general manager, Kevin, and Finance department ,Bill Tippee.I highly recommend Christian Rozanek to be your crown dealer representative to help you purchase your next vehicle. ?

As good of a dealership experience as you can hope for. I was there for service, not car shopping so I can only speak to the service department. Matt was extremely helpful and very personable. Plus, the coffee was pretty damn good. Italian dealership amirite?
