My son recently got into cross country and track for middle school and we have been going here for about a year now. Both my wife and I have gone here now for shoes. Consistently friendly, knowledgeable staff that will take the time to work with you to get the appropriate shoes for you and your needs. No pressure environment and fair prices.

Visited to buy my brother some running snacks. Both workers were gave their recommendations and it was evident that they knew a lot about running. I even ended up trying on some running shoes for myself and they were incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend.

Great service!!! Super helpful. Staff helped me try on and pick my new running shoes. They didn’t have them in stock, but assured me I could get them home delivered by tomorrow. Three hours later they were delivered on my doorstep and they are perfect. Love the personal service and quick delivery!!!!!! Fantastic service!!!!!

Highly recommend going to see Madelyn when you're getting your next pair of shoes! She is SO knowledgeable and really takes the time to assess your foot to find the best fit. I'll definitely be coming back to her.

extremely grateful to the store manager, craig, who assisted me with a cross-country exchange for a different size. the staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and beyond kind. we have bought several pairs of shoes here and we have enjoyed every experience.

I highly suggest this place for all your running and walking needs. The manager, Craig, went above and beyond to assist me even though I couldn’t purchase something that day. Helpful is an understatement. It was only Andrews seventh day but he was extremely knowledgeable, as a runner himself. He understood how the shoes should fit and offered some great advice. I wish I lived locally because I’ve never experienced such great customer service and from experts in the field.

TLDR: Best shoe fitting experience ever.We came in at 3pm on Sunday and the store was bustling! But a worker (Brian? The guy who's a fan of On Clouds) quickly talked to us, asked us what we needed, looked at our gaits, measured our shoe size, and brought us shoes to try on very very quickly. We must have tried on about 6 shoes each and he was so patient and helpful. Every shoe was better than the last we tried on and he really took our feedback. We ended up with the best fitting sneakers we've ever bought (they even ordered a different color shoe for me!), plus a bunch of desperately needed socks and a sports bra thanks to sales.Workers apologized for the delays due to how busy they were, but we still had the best shoe fitting experience *ever*. We're going to be loyal customers from here on out for our sneaker needs.100% would recommend.
