I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of receiving a Marijuana Card. The application was not complicated and easy to understand. The follow up communications were very helpful and the instruction were easy to follow. I am hopeful that being able to purchase and use the products will make my medical problems a bit easier to live with.

i’ve never had an appointment start early. i’ve been using them for 4 years now and it’s always the same song and dance. check in early (i am always selecting the first appointment slot available) and then wait 20 mins after your appointment time for them to catch up. it wouldn’t be so bad, but the appointment times themselves are very minimal. it feels like they don’t have their act all the way together in this regard. imo telemedicine should be the example of efficiency and not more of the same like a brick and mortar office.

If you can follow directions this is a great service. My Doctor was professional and good at explaining any questions I had. I appreciate the fact that the visit was followed by a written report to which I could refer.

This process was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING from start to finish. I was skeptical because i didnt know much about the process and the staff were extremely helpful in answering all my annoying questions lol.
Payment can be flexible and the staff can instruct you further of you qualify for certain discounts. The telemedicine phone interview itselft was great and to the point, last about 7mins. You'll get a link The day before as a confirmation, and you'll get a link on the morning of with the actual virtual Waiting room.
WORD OF ADVICE: If there's anyway that you can submit your medical records it makes things much easier to diagnose. You can do this online and they can show you how. They can still help you without them, but having records on hand helps them make a quicker evaluation. I will certainly recommend others to this place!

Two years in a row that the doctor has failed to submit the reccomendation to Ohio. What a let down after following your multiple step process to get a renewal recommendation, only to find out the doctor was too lazy to submit.

So they have a “72 hour pay before service” policy where the appointment will not be confirmed unless you pay before service. I didn’t even realize this until I got an email/text saying my appointment was on hold. I immediately paid the $200 so my appointment didn’t get canceled since it was “just on hold”. I called and they told me it was actually cancelled and I lost my spot entirely. Wouldn’t have been able to reschedule due to work for another week. I obviously wouldn’t have paid the $200 if I knew the appointment was canceled and the spot was already lost. Felt like they avoided using the term “cancelled” on purpose to get people to pay and have to reschedule with them or work on a refund later which is very deceitful and shady. And their refund department didn’t appear to be too responsive as they don’t speak to customers. He said he would send my refund request within 3 days….eventually the finance manager stepped in to issue the refund that day. Which is great because that’s exactly who I was going to escalate to lol.
I found another site 20 mins later and got scheduled the very next day and for $60 cheaper with a card too - company is Cannabis Connection(CC). I got my card immediately after. And they don’t cancel your appointment 3 whole days before. They require payment a few hours before the appointment which makes a lot more sense to me anyways.

Tried to have a conversation about my fungal lung infection that is quite possibly from vaping flower bought in the Ohio program. Dr. completely ignored concern, when I pressed the issue they listened but said nothing of value except that smoking flower is not permitted in the program. I VAPED WITH A PAX VAPORIZER. Explained that as an immune compromised person I was not informed or aware of the risk associated with vaping flower. Dr put through renewal and hung up. My third or fourth renewal with OMMC, all previous calls were great, sure they were rushed but this Doctor was a total jerk.
