Dirk was so friendly and transparent, I will now take my car to them for other services. “All I’m gonna say is, it went from questionably being a blown motor to them telling me it was a fuel pump at about $700. I got a phone call back a short while later saying it would be cost of diagnostic they found a fuse that was blown. “The process took longer than expected for two reasons. Damage occurred while at the shop that was not Gerber’s fault and they took care of it. There were some quality issues with the work that was addressed with Vince and Abigail. After I brought it to their attention they took care of it.
