Came here today for my sons birthday, worker was extremely rude she kept rushing him when stuffing the bear on top of not giving him even the time to put a heart in. He was definitely upset, we didn’t even dress the bear we paid really quick then left. Definitely disappointed in this experience today especially for it being his birthday we drove 2 hours to get here also.

Super disappointed. Took our children in for the first time. The worker tried talking to the kids and stuffed the animal but did not tell us all the options (sents, custom sounds) it was very awkward. It's one thing being disappointed in how much it's changed over the years them cutting back not having the bath stations, the never ending options for clothes, and all the bows along with the cardboard house to take you new friend home in but the customer service was sad. This is a kids place it should definitely be a comfortable environment and friendly with full explanation of each station. $95 dollars later my child's happy but as the adults who were once that child we're both disappointed in the experience knowing it could have been way better and more memorable like we experienced at there age.

Today I took my daughters for their birthday bears. We worked with Zyshaun (hopefully spelled it right) and they were literally the sweetest. Not only did we have an amazing experience, But before we came in, they had a party probably 7+ people who all had disabilities and they were the only one working. He was patient, kind & I was blown away by work ethic!!
I have 2 toddlers & one really wanted help putting her accessories on her bear and I was busy trying to get my youngest in stroller and they went out of their way to help her. I was so happy with the experience and so where my birthday girls!!

Super helpful staff and the girl scout troop we took really loved it! Not something I would do often, I consider it kind of pricey, but wonderful for a special occasion!

Good place to engage kids in getting their creative juices flowing. If I may suggest, suitable age range for kids visiting this place can be from 4 to 7 years.
