I had an issue with a dash cam order and install. It was a misunderstanding between Best Buy and Geek squad auto installers. Showed up for the install but my order was canceled. I spoke to one of the managers, Levi, and he was fantastic. He took personal control of the situation and fixed everything to my liking. Definitely surprised someone so young took responsibility and actually showed initiative.

Slava Makarov inside geeksquad went over and beyond for me, I mean literally. I came in with some busted Bose Headphones and he spoke to management to make sure I was able to leave with a brand new pair of headphones ? same day. I didn't have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for a new pair.Thank you Bestbuy for a great hire and future leader

Got a TV for Christmas.. the back light was broken. They replaced it.. with a returned TV! The previous person had stuff written down and there was no screws for the stand and no power cord! And I had to pick up the TV even tho originally it was delivered. I can't believe they gave me a returned TV! I bought a brand new TV that had to be replaced and they gave me a used TV in it's place that I also had to go pick up. Very disappointed.

Very slow service 3 hours after I placed my pickup order I was in store and they had the item picked but after waiting almost 25 minutes no one has showed up or given me any information very bad experience overall there are better best buys in the area

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent TV purchase.I have taken three separate days off work to address issues with the TV. Initially, the delivered TV, for which I paid extra for installation, broke just two days after the first delivery. Subsequently, another day was spent for a technician to confirm the malfunction.To compound the situation, the most recent delivery did not include installation, leaving the TV unused and on the ground. I am disheartened that another day is required for mounting, adding further inconvenience.As a customer, I value efficiency and respect for individuals' time. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and it has significantly impacted my ability to earn a living.I kindly request urgent attention to resolve this matter TODAY.

Don’t shop here. The sales people lie and make a up reasons for you to get geek squad protection. PLEASE AVOID. Hopefully they go out of business

The salesperson sold me a 3 year geek protection plan promising that if not used, I will get a credit at the end of it. However, it was a lie. Avoid this place. The sales people at very shady and dishonest. Will not shop here or Best Buy again
