They had what I needed but the employee who brought my curbside order refused to speak even one word to me and had a constant look on his face like he wanted to murder me. No idea why but he honestly just seemed like someone who shouldn't be interacting with your customers.

Friendly, informative workers - no pressure from sales people like in other stores. Went in to look at TVs and everyone was friendly and answered questions well. Nicely run store and attentive staff.

Employee said we would get a protection plan for iPad. Did not get one with the membership and they kept my card information only wanted a one year, was lied to just to get to sign up for a membership

I picked up an order in store, if I had known that I had to carry all these items out myself I would have probably set up curbside pickup. Customer service was a joke. The only reason I went to that particular location is the usual location was out of stock. Lesson learned I guess.

Rude employee running register when I stopped yesterday. Don’t put people with zero people skills in a position where they must interact with customers.
The employee, in our brief 60-90 seconds interaction, made me feel like I was annoying them and wasting their time.
I’m not one of those old-school folks who wants to have a conversation with every stranger I meet. I am all for quick checkout and getting on with my day. But I also think there’s a baseline “pleasantness” that’s not too much to ask of any customer-facing position. Someone ought to be professionally pleasant even if they’re not outgoing or social.
I don’t know, maybe I’m the @$$hole. ??

Very poor customer service. They do not answer their phone call. They overcharge me for my products and never refunded me for it. I went in for repair. That made me wait thirty minutes to tell me they no longer do repair. After multiple bad experience there, I would really choose another best or another store.

They told me a part was in stock then told me I could pick it up today drive an hour away and then they said they didn’t have it but they didn’t help with anything no communication

Chris knows everything about appliances and I appreciate he didn't try to pressure me while providing helpful information.
Went to Geek Squad to get data restored from external had, as their website advertises. They admitted that they send that out to another company, and cost a minimum of $500!
