Working with Anthony and Mike at the Dublin location was amazing. They were patient and searched high and low in order to find the fabric that I was envisioning and loved. They were very honest and helped me FINALLY decide on the perfect pieces...and I did not feel rushed at all. At the end I felt like we were friends. Now friends I need help finding the perfect pillows for my perfect sofa! I highly recommend Anthony and Mike to help furnish any room in your home.

I had been looking for a couch for a long time. I knew going into Bassett what I wanted and actually found the exact couch on sale!
My salesman did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable. He helped me decide what couch was best for me. I felt no pressure to buy which was very unusual. I will definitely be going back to Bassett.

Bassett helped us find exactly the kind of sofa we needed. Anthony assisted us at every step, from finding the type and shade of fabric we wanted to explaining the different types of arms and legs available. And, particularly important to us, they delivered it on our tight schedule!

Friendly staff and so easy to work with on finding a sofa. They sent home fabric samples too which made it easier to decide. We will definitely do more business with Bassett.

We spent a day looking at various furniture stores for a new couch for our living room. At Bassett we found the style we were hoping for, with the flexibility of being able to special order the fabric/color we wanted. Special ordering was available at other stores, but Bassett was the most competitive price for this. We worked with Victoria Aeling, who was knowledgeable about Bassett products and who walked us through the steps of special ordering. She laid out a clear time line for when we could expect shipment. In the time between ordering and delivery, Victoria kept in communication with me, updating me on the status of our couch being built. The whole process went well, and was very positive. 100% I will go back to Bassett for another furniture purchase, and I’d be happy to work with Victoria again.

Bassett Dublin is an amazing choice to buy quality furniture. My mom needed new furniture for her family room and we went to Bassett. Victoria was her designer and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She helped her pick out the perfect couch, swivel chairs and leather recliner. The fabrics blend so well and sizes of all pieces look perfect in her home. She also made sure my mom received all possible discounts and delivery was ahead of stated dates. The entire experience was fun and exciting for my mom and she never felt pressured. We will definitely be purchasing future furniture from Victoria!

We enjoyed our furniture selecting and buying experience. We are moving across the country and will be unable to take much of our furniture. Bassett has interior designers that help greatly in the decision making process. We didnt have the experience to match up furniture, colors and fabrics, but Krista our design consultant did. She went well out of her way to utilize software programs on her computer to help with layout and fit. She utilized her expertise in design to help make all of our selections. Mike the manager was also very helpful in the process. The quality of the furniture, fabrics, and color choices were all top quality. Thanks Krista, Mike, and Bassett Furniture.

I had a wonderful experience at Dublin Bassett, specifically with Mike, the designer. He worked closely with the videos I had of my living room and ideas how to update my small living space. My last Bassett couch was 15 years old and I needed to update area. He also came to house to validate my decisions and make decision on area rug. Highly recommend Mike who helped me with new couch, modern recliner, marble/rod iron couch table, pillows, art work and rug. The delivery guys were great and customer service excellent. Mike is very knowledgeable with design and you can’t go wrong with his ideas.

My husband and I walked into the store and were immediately welcomed by Krista. She was kind and really listened to us. She brought the store manager over to answer any questions we had. She was very attentive but not pushy. We ended up buying a sofa and she was able to accommodate our delivery needs. Would highly recommend Krista and this store and their products.

Krista Franck listened to our desired home decor changes, showed us several options and related fabrics, lighting options and other accent pieces. She provided us with a new floor plan that we did not request and we set up our decor as she designed.

The entire experience working with Krista was positive. As my designer, Krista helped me choose lamps for each room in my home, coordinating with the style and colors throughout. She chose a gorgeous fabric and pillows for the dark brown leather couches in the rec room. Settling my account balance with Pam was also done in a professional, yet friendly manner. The staff at Bassett in Dublin Ohio are topnotch. I will definitely be in touch with that particular store for my future needs in furnishing our new home!!! Five stars!!

Mary Ann is a great salesperson! She’s come out to my house several times to make sure furniture would fit properly in my space and to make sure the color choices were right.I’ve never experienced such attention to detail. Will definitely be back to furnish other rooms.
