I had my car scanned for a check engine light 1 out of the 2 problems was bad spark plugs the gentleman helped me get the spark plugs and Leslie was amazing she helped me with the tools and even came out and even helped me get the right parts to unscrew the bolts and screws i saved 200 dollars or more by coming here highly recommend

I used self checkout that a customer in the ridiculously long line pointed out. Came in to grab some brake light bulbs. My rating is based off the parking lot. This location is in Dublin. NO WAY THERE SHOULD BE THAT MANY POT HOLES. UNACCEPTABLE

The afternoon shift we came at 7:39 today and the cashier did not want to help the costumer’s and was treating us badly and he didn’t help us all he said was help yourself.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I went in for a new battery, and the lady (I don’t remember her name) came out to switch it out for me. I’ve never had a problem with an AutoZone employee changing my battery before. Like ever. I assume they are taught the basics when they are hired. This lady puts my battery in backwards and fried my entire system. I was absolutely devastated. I had to be towed to Germain Honda to get a diagnosis of the issue. (We all knew she messed up). They (Honda) had found out they melted my engine bay harness underneath my fuse box. Kevin, the store manager from AutoZone was nice the 1st day, and that was about it. They dragged their feet when it came to authorizing the payments to get my car fixed. I was without a car for almost 2 weeks! I had to keep calling autozone almost every day just to see what was going on. And everytime I was met with a DISGUSTING attitude. I never once got angry with them or cussed at them. I literally was begging them to get on it, as it was affecting my livelihood. They acted as if I was the one who did something wrong. They refused to pay for any type of rental.. I have 2 jobs and this was an absolute NIGHTMARE trying to get to both jobs. They waived my problems off like it wasn’t a big deal. And on top of everything, the lady who messed my car up STILL WORKS THERE!!! I’ve never in my life have been treated so poorly by any employee before. I had to play nice and kiss ssa just to make sure they would hurry up. And they didn’t. Corporate needs to really take a look at these reviews because my experience there has been similar to others. The nasty attitudes have GOT to go. If you’re so miserable and unhappy, find a different line of work. I’m just utterly disgusted with this store and it’s terrible employees. If I could give negative stats I would.

I was having battery troubles one morning before work. I came to AutoZone because I know they do free battery testing and I assumed my battery was dying and they would very likely have my battery in stock. One of the attendants came out to check my battery and found the connection was actually loose (thanks Roush Honda!). So he tightened up the connection and sent me on my way. I even made it to work on time!
