“I just want to take a moment and say THANK YOU to Blair and Richard! My husband sent me to get some kind of screw I had never heard of before in my life. Blair picked up on the fact that I was lost and was so kind and understanding to my plight. Richard also asked all kinds of excellent questions to try to get to the bottom of the issue as well (although I didn’t have many great answers which was not at all his fault.). Both of them were extremely helpful and even though I wasn’t able to find the screw I needed, I will absolutely be returning to this Home Depot in particular due to the kindness shown to me by these two associates. “I had a very disappointing experience with the Lowe's which is up the road. So I came here and a very nice young lady named Olivia helped me to buy my new very lightweight weed wacker. :) I am still grumpy with the local Lowe's and am so happy that there is a very nice alternative. And home Depot also gives a veteran/military discount similiar to the one that Lowe's offers. Thank you for the GREAT customer service. I will be back. I got a great deal...my new weed wacker was under a hundred bucks! The one that I had purchased from Lowe's was MUCH heavier and broke after just a few uses...evil thing..haha. Working with that stupid thing caused me so much stress. I am so excited to try this new lightweight battery operated one! :)”
