Bought a brand new 2024 Acura TLX Type-S. Hunter Adams was the salesperson and communicated with me the entire time. Production date was delayed about a month but let me know immediately once the car arrived. Offered me a fair trade-in value for my vehicle so I didn't even feel the need to negotiate! Recently leased our fifth MDX. This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in 2 1/2 hours. Salesman, Hunter Adams was professional & efficient. The process was stress free and pleasant. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Provided 5 star service @ every stop.

Bought a used TLX from this place in December 2023. Vaughn my sales consultant was extremely personable and really seemed to care that I got the best experience possible. If I remember correctly, they will offer to buy your car back from you within a certain number of days if you are not satisfied. Not only that, but Vaughn called me a week or two after my purchase to make sure everything was going well.
Now here’s the real kicker: Vaughn called me YET AGAIN, SIX MONTHS after everything was said and done to make sure I was still enjoying the car. That’s very impressive!
Well worth the 2 hour drive from Cleveland for me.

Acura Columbus service center was fantastic to deal with. I worked directly with Clayton who kept me well informed of my repair troubleshooting as it progressed during both visits. I took my car in for an abnormal seat noise which has proven to be difficult to diagnose and repair since the sound was intermittent and not easily replicated on demand for a tech to see firsthand. The dealership that I purchased the vehicle from had tried multiple types of fixes over the course of the first year of ownership to no avail and ultimately conceded the noise to be normal and within spec for the vehicle. Unsatisfied with this result, I finally took my car to Acura Columbus.
The first visit the tech (Shing) was able to identify multiple concerns where the seatbelt attaches to the seat and then where the seat mounts to the vehicle. The other dealers service team incorrectly installed both of these critical parts with missing fasteners. Based on the type of noise and the clearly visible problems that needed addressed it was assumed this would correct the issue. Unfortunately it did not fix the noise, even though I view the repair as being way more safety critical and necessary despite root cause not being resolved at this time. The previous dealer also incorrectly installed the engine splash shield and forgot fasteners during a routine oil change that caused additional damage to the vehicle earlier this year so it didn't come as much of a surprise.
I took my car back for a second visit to Acura Columbus this time with a good video capturing the exact sound and area it was coming from. Shing did a deep dive into the seat components this time and was able to identify the root cause in the lower seat back. They ordered the replacement parts and had it repaired within 24 hours. This time for good!
After 18mo of ownership my car is finally operating to my full satisfaction thanks to the great team at Acura Columbus. I will certainly be using their service center for future repair needs and look forward to experiencing their sales department when I'm ready for my next ride.

Ask for the salesman, Rafael Renteria. I have purchased 7 cars in my lifetime from various dealerships and Rafael was the best salesman I have dealt with. Honest, quick, knowledgeable, accommodating, hard working, detail-oriented, smart, friendly, sympathetic, available, flexible, etc. I can’t say enough good about him. I traveled from NYC to Dublin to purchase a CPO 2022 MDX Type S. If it wasn’t for Rafael, I would have not traveled there or let alone purchase this vehicle. The sky is the limit for him so catch him while you can.
Also, a special thank you to Sam McHale, the business manager. He stayed late on a Saturday to help close the deal and continues to help me, well after I purchased the vehicle.

Todd is my guy that got me all set up. Zach and Clayton helped take care of the process for my timing service. Great communication and they also did a software update for the transmission. Excellent customer service and elite group of guys in service.

Recently purchased a Certified Pre-owned RDX. Ryan Ouzts was a fantastic salesman. He was friendly, candid, honest, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process.
