this was my 4th acura purchase at acura columbus...it is a well oiled dealership that functions extremely well thanks to the attention to detail of the owner, John Connelly. Mike Shea was my sales guy this time...he knows the product line and presents it well, worked with my wife and I as we we worked thru a number of options, and presented us with a clean and decent offer. Tom Quick took us through the financial details as quickly as the attention to detail requires. Their maintenance shop is excellent...modern lux vehicles have equipment and electronics far beyond my back yard mechanic skills, and I can trust them to do what is right, with the right fluids, etc...keeping my cars in excellent working order

Purchased a used 2017 Honda Ridgeline from this dealer, Found out a day later that the fog light lamp was cracked. Contacted dealer and they would not replace. I even suggested I purchase part and they would just have to install. Wanted to charge me for that. Sorry guys I will be a 1 and done customer for you.

Very pleasant experience from the beginning. Francesco, my salesman, was quite patient, knowledgeable and caring. I've bought a lot of cars and Francesco is the best salesperson I've worked with. I was comfortable and never felt pressured. Everyone at the dealership was outstanding. Communication was excellent - I even received a text from the owner after my purchase. I would highly recommend Acura of Columbus.

When my husband's car started making a weird noise, we made an appointment with Acura Columbus. Ed came to the house to pick up his car. Ed was friendly, reassuring, and very thorough in his explanation of the process and next steps. We feel better with it in Acura's hands!

This is the third car I have leased from Acura Columbus and I could not say enough amazing things about this place and the staff! Steve is truly the best of the best. Communication is top notch, straight to the point never wasting my time! The finance and service departments are also top notch! Don't get me wrong, I have loved all of my cars but Steve and the rest of the staff are the reason I keep coming back!

My experience at Acura Columbus was great! I am from Cincinnati and traveled to Acura Columbus to purchase my 5th Acura. Jonathan in Sales is excellent at his job! Jonathan's level of communication, work ethic and commitment to closing the deal was at a level of professional that I haven't seen in the sales world in a long time. In addition, Adam in Finance was fantastic! His ability to get me the best deal and provide a high level of service made the transaction even easier than expected. I would recommend Acura Columbus to anyone in the market. You won't receive a better level of service from someone than you will from the group at Acura. I love my new MDX and am greatly appreciative for the stress-feee process!

Vaughn and the team at Acura Columbus are absolutely outstanding. I ordered a new RDX and Vaughns communication and helpfulness with the process put me at ease. The trade in process was very smooth and I feel I got the best deal. We will definitely continue to use Acura columbus and refer them to family and friends.

My car was purchased in 2015 as my company car. After 87,000 miles the car and me retired. I took my RDX with me. The original deal we got was fair, and the service since unbelievable. Now that I am retired I have taken advantage of their valet service. They come get my car and service it then return it. They do this quicker than you think they could. My original battery gave out recently, (127,000 miles) I called on a Sunday hoping to leave a message, for a "valet" to come Monday and bring a battery or take in for a check after a jump. The service was closed but on 6:30 PM I get a call from a guy who said he would set it up and they would call with a time Monday morning. They did! I found out the "guy" who called was the OWNER of the dealership. Who does that!! I mean I did for my customers working in steel. But you never hear of this. I have not bought a lot of cars from them this has been my only one. The company has bought a couple over 8-10 years. (Not a couple per year but maybe 3-4 with mine in 8-10 years. I do know when I buy my next car, regardless of where I live this guy and his dealership is my place to go. Their service people also have adopted this "guys" (John Connelly) way of doing business. Also understand with him calling me he was giving out his personal cell number to me, not that I would use it but that is confidence in his people, his dealership, and the Cars he sells!!

Awesome dealership! Our purchase and financing were very smooth. I can’t recommend Francesco and Adam enough. Great guys! I also had the pleasure of visiting the service department for after market items. They were awesome and helpful. I haven’t ever experienced a dealership like this!!

We had an exceptional experience purchasing our MDX from Acura Columbus. We've bought multiple Hondas over the last few years from a variety of dealerships, but Acura Columbus was a clear standout. We were impressed with the attention to detail, the responsiveness, and the professionalism from all the employees. When we narrowed down our vehicle selection and checked availability, we heard back from two representatives (Vaughn Lockett & owner John) within 10 minutes of our inquiry. Vaughn was with us every step of the way and was so helpful in our decision making and purchase. We had our young son with us and Vaughn kept the purchasing process moving efficiently and smoothly minimizing our time at the dealership.
