Good place to buy gold but little expensive

I went in today for 2 things.
1. To get my daughter’s baby gold bangle fixed because she had fell on it while playing and the shape became irregular but the woman working there said she couldn’t get it fixed because she thought it wasn’t solid gold and that it might break and I told her that it is 22K gold and she had the audacity to say “well it doesn’t look like 22K” and it really just put me off.
2. I wanted to get an estimate on a ring I had received as a gift on my wedding so I could maybe trade it in for a new ring but she couldn’t help me with that either and that there’s someone else who does the estimate and he’s not in until 3:30 everyday.
Overall her behavior was very rude and while I was talking to her another customer came in and totally disregarded our conversation and started talking with her. I later went to Dublin Village Jewelers and they got the bangle fixed and not only that, for free.

I went there during business hours to buy an anniversary gift. I have been a customer in the past and have purchased jewelry for my family from here. There were customers in there at the time and the door sign also said open. I was denied entry and was told to come back later. I'm disappointed in this business that I used to support.

I would give a zero if I could, customer service is really bad and they look down on black people. I’ve shopped there few times but the customer service is terrible. I would rather shop online for Indian gold that waste my time and gas.

I love this place the owners a very nice people. We have been here multiple times . We love 22K gold, and my husband bought his gold necklace here. And today he bought a charm and I bought a clip for my anklet that I bought in Dubai but didn't come a secure clip.The owners are very nice people. Very customer oriented. They make sure they give you the attention you need while in the store, and they are very friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality gold.

From the response of the owner, seems like the owner have some serious attitude issues and don't know how to communicate with people, the owner have zero customer service knowledge. I don't know how they still runs the business.
