I wanted to get my husband a gift certificate for his favorite carwash. In order for me to do this I had my daughter purchase this online. We had an issue with the transaction but I was totally taken care of by the manager. He did everything to make sure this was made right. I really appreciate his concern and keeping in touch. Great place and great service!

Used the touch less wash to wash my car. After the wash, there were visible finger streaks and dirt still on the car. I spoke with the attendant who shared he was the manager about the wash and he agreed the car was still visibly dirty. He shared that the touchless wash is just to rinse your car not really clean it, it sprays water and soap suds (his words not mine). He stated that I could pay another 4 bucks for the self wash to clean the car or pay another 10-20 bucks for the brush wash. He offered for me to go through the touchless again, however I declined considering it did not clean my car the first time and more importantly because it only rinses cars. I asked if I could just do the brush wash and pay the difference rather pay for full price for another wash (considering the first wash did not clean my car). He stated no. He could only offer a rewash with the touchless. He also refused to refund my money. I do not recommend this location due to the poor customer service and quality of service as well.

Best carwash in town, best service I ever had prepping the car before they send it through the tunnel and they used chemicals that clean the car before washing it, it’s amazing experience.

Great car wash. Has a member option to get discounts if you frequent the site frequently. Brushes and sponges do a great job. Token with most wash options for a vacuum is nice but it doesn’t last long.My go to place for a car wash !

Was exceptionally good compared to many other car wash I’ve tried around Columbus. This was located slightly away from the highway, though the wash was good. There was an person to pre soak the car before the automated system took hands.Only negative point is the vacuum was very limited timed. The coin gave very less time to clean the car completely. I could not clean half the inside in the time. And it was not that great suction even though there were only one other guy using the all other vacuums.

This is a customer focused operation. I happened to visit during a weekday when the owner was there. Self-made smart business owner who hires good staff to care for the cars. He treated me so nicely. Initially I paid each time I got my '23 Subaru washed but now am a member and pay a set monthly amount to get it washed whenever I want to. Recommend!

It does a reasonable job getting the car clean. Although one of their brushes is out of order so the driver side doesn't get fully clean. I'm not really sure why they haven't fixed it yet. The price for the diamond I'm not sure if it's entirely worth it as I just got it. It includes the ceramic coating we will see how well that works. I will say this off the top, it definitely does not shine like when I wax and do the wheels myself.

Worst vaccum I have ever seen in my life. My great grandmothers handheld vacuum has more psi than this garbage. Not to mention you have to PAY for it. WILL NEVER RETURN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY. Unbelievable!Service: Vacuuming
