This complaint is specifically about the postmaster 5homas and his incompetency to change and upgrade a mailbox lock key for over 2 months, I was not able to get my mail and I had to go there every single week to remind them to change the lock and wasn't able to get a court notice, so then I was arrested because I didn't show up for a court date I didn't know about....

Everyone is helpful and friendly, and the carriers go above and beyond to make sure people get their mail.

How do I report that coupons for certain stores never show up in mail but everything else does that informed delivery says will be delivered? I really hope the mail person is not taking these coupons but I'm really leaning towards that as the only explanation!!

I have taped a paper to my mailbox stating the last names art my address and to return the rest to sender. I still keep getting other mail that does not belong to us. What else can I do about this? I have also called the post office and get no response.

I ship about a 1/2 dozen packages a week, everytime I come to this location to ship they always seem to be 10% higher in shipping costs. I dont know why but Wadsworth, OH Post Office seems to be shipping a tad bit cheaper than here. I thought post offices were similar in prices countywide, but I could be wrong.

Never had any problems with my post office. Seems like people only write reviews when something goes wrong. But I've been living in Doylestown almost 5 years, no issues at all.

Have dealt with the location for 5 years and can honestly say I've never had a problem with anything or anyone there. Small town post offices are great. They know you by name (especially Jason!) and are quick to help in any way they can. Plus the fact that recently, they have gone out of their way to spruce up the place - from the garden out front to the little plant that's on the sorting table in the lobby. Speaking of the table, when they removed the copy machine, there was no place for sorting and I mentioned that it would be nice to have a small table out there. Well, we have one now. So thanks from a satisfied customer!

They repeatedly skip days. At least three times in the last 2 months they have not delivered or picked up outgoing mail from my mailbox. How is this acceptable?
