“It was good I took my car to them because flynns tire didn't did a bad alignment but made their computer give all green number, when I took it to katz they showed me what it actually was before they did anything (first picture) and then they fixed (second photo) it and it is now driving a lot better as it should've been, so they have my business when it comes to anything tire or wheel related.”

“After hearing a ticking noise all the way home, I found a nail in one of my tires. So I scheduled a drop off online with the local Conrads (it was late) and dropped it off in the morning.
I got a call shortly after they opened. Fully expecting they put on a new tire and there was some huge labor fee as well. NOPE - they plugged the hole good as new and the total charge was only $23!!! What a pleasant surprise.
Not my first experience with this store, and they've all been great. Highly recommend.”

“I had a customer with a flat tire and no spare on their BMW X3. I took their flat tire off and took it here. They had other cutomers ahead of me but got them on their way and swapped out the flat tire with a very good used tire for a super reasonable rate in under 30 minutes. I took it put it on my customer's BMW and got them on their way. My service call took less than an hour thanks to these guys. Highly recommend!”
“I had a flat at 11pm two hours from home, so after a few Lyft rides, a hotel stay, 2 hour wait for a tow, I arrived here. They didn't have used or new tires in the right size, so wouldn't be able to get me back on the road that day. But they did. They called some contact, were able to get me the tires I needed, picked them up, came back, and got me back on the road faster than I expected. Certainly not the kind of service you can get from a chain.
Read some of the poor reviews and most sound to me like they don't like straight talk. If you think of the situations from a business perspective (and/or a safety perspective), their decisions sound pretty logical. It's a mechanic shop - not always gonna get that wisdom wrapped up in a bow. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and conversations. Thanks, guys!”
