“Stored here for 9 months and had no problems. Clean level floor and easily fit everything I needed to. The owners were nice to work with and ending my unit was easy. There is a tear in the roof where the top of my things had a small amount of white powder but it easily wiped off.”

“UPDATE: A district manager reached out to me very quickly and was sincere and genuine in addressing and fixing all the issues. After a full explanation of what was an unintentional error and making amends above and beyond, this was an incident that occurred during the transition of the purchase of the storage facility. I appreciate all the efforts made to fix what was a mistake and moreso the path provided for better communication, including the recent hiring of an on-site manager. I feel comfortable and secure continuing to stay at this facility of which I've used for 10+ years. Thank you.

This company does not return phone calls or emails, they are charging me late charges when my payment is not late, and they sent a check already paid through to the bank a second time and of course my bank denied the check and this company wants to charge me $25 insufficient funds fee. There is no one local I can go to straighten this out, and when I call I'm told a supervisor has to speak to me yet they can't transfer me, the supervisor has to call me and then they never call.”
