We've been cutting our own tree from here since I was a kid. We are now carrying this tradition with our kids. This tree farm sits on picture perfect rolling acres with tons of space to let the kids run and have fun! They have hay rides that take you to different areas to get the specific type of tree you want. A gift shop with Christmas decorations, popcorn, hot chocolate, etc.... It's easy to relax and spend the entire day here! Thank you for keeping it up through all these years! Looking forward to coming here with our kids for many more years.

Really pretty atmosphere with the long drive in with the cute signs. Beautiful store with hot cocoa and popcorn. Everyone was really friendly. Unfortunately their tree selection was terrible. Over grown weeds killed off the bottoms of ALL trees and every tree looked like Charlie Brown's only slightly bigger. Their prices are extremely high. $135 for a precut tree. We ended up leaving without a tree due to the selection and price.

Our third year buying a tree at Galehouse. We like the selection of trees over some other farms that we have bought from over the years. Making this a 4 store only because we picked our 10’ tree, the guy gave us the ticket and proceeded to go bale it while we went inside to pay. By the time we got back out, our tree was gone. Evidently taken by someone else as they left a much smaller/less expensive baled tree behind. The staff was very sweet and made good by going back out to the field to find a comparable tree size. Rather disappointed in the whole experience though, could be a better checks and balance process. When we go back next year we’ll just need to keep better tabs on it. Karma can deal with whoever ended up taking our tree this year - pretty pathetic kind of Christmas spirit.

I'd rate this place higher if their staff had been more helpful. I bought 3 trees from this place . 2 of the trees have been growing well ; however, the 3rd tree died. I don't have a problem with the nursery not guaranteeing their trees.. The problem I have is I questioned the staff on the health of the now dead tree I bought . In addition, I followed up many times by email and phone on advice of the tree. The staff never returned my email or phone calls. I'd probably buy a tree from this place again, but I'd trust my instinct better than the trees nursery staff's advice. The staff is no help and they won't respond to any questions after you have tree planted. Horrible customer service

Family memeber fell in a giant 2 foot deep hole in the ground and hurt their foot pretty badly. Barely any tape, or signage on the paths to stay on. The only sign regarding this is on an 8x11 piece of paper....not when you drive in, but hidden by the reindeer. Looked almost desolate of trees. Was there late(2nd week in dec) in 2020 and there were so many more trees. I think the writing in on the wall for this place.

Really expected the trees to look a lot better then the did. To much over growth around the base of the trees along with pickers.

Galehouse Tree Farm - LOVE this Farm. We have used this farm for years. Wonderful selection and fair pricing. If you can’t find a tree - you didn’t look. The people are wonderful and the store and hot chocolate are great!

It was a nice farm but it looked like they needed to let the trees grow a little longer. Barely any hefty thick ones. Mostly pencil shaped ones for the price. They were wanting 78$ for the firs.

A must to visit every year. Cut your own trees and get refreshments and decorations in the barn.

Great time, cheap photography rate (30$ winter '21) and the ability to Griswold your own family Christmas tree? Sign me up. Bring boots, dress warm (or nice if you want to take some pics). Also, dog friendly; bring your pupper. Hot cocoa, coffee, popcorn on site. If your house isn't big enough for the tree, don't worry, you'll figure it out. The guy on the pre-cut lot also showed me basically every tree out, full rotation. Super friendly. +1 for the immense amount of jingle bell creations, for sale. My kid deafened us, violently excited by them, for the 5 minutes we waited to pay for our tree.

Was given information from the store saying they had 20$ trees and up. When I got there the only lower price tree was 35 and it was smaller then my 5 year old. Frustrated I bought a 70 dollar tree which was the highest I could afford. The tree is small. It stand a little over 5 ft. Last year I went to Riley tree farm and bought a tree for 65 it was much bigger and fuller. Extremely disappointed in this places pricing and selection. Won't make this mistake again.

Came on November 29th. Walked a large part of the lot. Didn't find anything that was full and worth the 78 dollar asking price. Went else where
