Yesterday, Friday Nov 4, I was in a panic because I lost a bank envelope w my pay in it and was positive I threw it in the outside trash can, JACKIE THE MANAGER, was at the end of her shift and I asked if I it would be ok if I went through the trash and looked for it. She said yes, then offered me a bag, gloves and stopped doing all her end of day tasks and came outside and dug through the trash w me. When we didn't find it she walked me through my day trying to help me see through my panic to where else I could have left it. But it wasn't anywhere. I got back in my car and checked under seats again and in my bag, and in a stack of papers I had moved ... And there it was! I went inside and told Jackie and wanted to buy her a thank gift and she absolutely refused. THIS IS THE EXCELLENT AND TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WE ARE MISSING EVERYWHERE. I already loved Speedway AND THIS IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF WHY. JACKIE WAS A LIFESAVER. She calmed me down and when I got back in my car I looked slowly not panicked... and I found it. ❤️?

Understaffed which leads to many issues, such as truck items being in shelf still on trays they came in, unclean facilities, and rotting fruits.
