Only reason for 2 stars is the professionalism and communication from the girl Quinn who they sent out to inform me all the stuff they broke doing a windshield on my Audi. It was an insurance claim replacement for a rock chip. Received a text in about an hour saying was complete but I went to pick it up to find the tech broke my vin plate, and the main connector to all of my safety sensors lol I was forced to leave with the promise they have ordered the parts thru Audi and will fix for free at a later time, now my wife is left driving an Audi suv flashing sensor errors across the dash in place of a cracked windshield… if not for being an insurance claim would never use again. However Quinn if u get this review, it’s not ur fault and I appreciate how professional u tried to handle the situation but clearly ur tech either isnt qualified to work on higher level vehicles or doesnt care about repeat business. Insurance coverage or not this is one and done for me safelite sorry

Safelite did a fabulous job replacing my factory OEM Mopar windshield for my 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. It took a bit for the order to come in since it was so new, but they helped quickly. Thank you to Keanan for his help!!

I had a windshield replaced on my Toyota Sienna in early July, 2023. We received it back and had issues with the seals at the bottom of the windshield. They were no longer staying in place.I followed up with a warranty request. All was good there and they showed up on August 4th to fix it. Upon review the technician determined he needed to purchase a new OEM replacement for the seal. He left our house and that was the last we heard from Safelite. No calls. No emails. Nothing.I called back and inquired around on August 17th. They said the part was on order and would be in on August 22nd. When it came in a technician would be out to fix ASAP.August 22nd came and went. It's now August 28th. I still haven't heard anything from Safelite. No calls. No emails. No attempts to fix.We are still left with 2 broken seals at the base of our windshield that are now flapping in the wind.

0 stars. Had an appointment with them at New Philadelphia location to replace my back window slider on my truck so I had to come in to the shop which I understand. They wanted me to be there at 7:50 and I get a call at 7:40 saying they don’t have the parts they need and my appointment is canceled for that day. I had made this appointment 9 days prior so they had plenty of time to get all the parts they needed. I live 25 minutes away so they just wasted 40 minutes of my day. I was 5 minutes away from the shop before they notified me. Plus I had someone coming to pick me up so wasted their time too. Didn’t have the courtesy of notifying me the evening before! Definitely would not recommend!
