Bentley never called me back. I got a ridiculous low ball offer on my trade, Bentley was dishonest, stated I had 3 accidents on my car fax, there were 2 one before I bought the car and one where I was hit by a distracted driver, he never asked, no concern. He stated my tires were in need of replacement when the tread exceeded a typical, standard low grade tire. I knew I had negative equity but I left there feeling completely disappointed. I find out today they ran a hard inquiry on my credit, even tho it's still a good score, they did it with no contact with me, don't trust this dealership

I really liked working with Parkway Honda (Dover, Ohio) to purchase my first "new" car. The car salesman I got paired up with (Jimi) was just plain awesome. The access to him during the car purchase process really tipped the scales on me making a quick decision in going with the year, model, trim, color and options for the car, and also wanting to go with this dealer. It was easy to text him day or night, working hours or non-working hours to be able to clear my questions ASAP. This was crucial for me to be able to properly decide such a big purchase in my life.
There was no pressure at any point during the sales, test drive, or the final car purchase process. There was no upsell, gimmicky paint protection schemes or high pressure tactics - all the things everyone expects from a car dealer. None of that. This was just as easy as going to a grocery store and deciding for yourself what to buy.
I got a deal that I was comfortable with, and any upgrades were offered at reasonable costs. They didn't have the color that I wanted and it took all of 1 day to get the car I wanted from a different dealer and drive it over. From the start to end it took me just about few days, most of the time spent on me deciding if I want to buy a new car and go with Parkway Honda. But once I decided, the actual paperwork took less than an hour. Financing was super easy and most of the pre work was already done with just texting, which again was just a game changer for busy people.
I would highly recommend working with these fine folks for your used car or new car needs next time. I'm really happy with them.

I was treated very badly with an attempted bait and switch. After driving for 1.5 hours and an email the vehicle was there for me, they mysteriously sold it while I was on my way. Of course, they had other trim levels that I did not want. Today, after speaking with Bob, he was very sorry for what happened and hung up on me. I would be wary of doing business with this place.

My salesman was so friendly and knowledgeable. He made buying a car so easy. He got me the best rate and the right monthly payment. Then Jimi had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. I told him “Thank you for making this so easy.” Parkway Honda is honest, friendly, and fast.

Sales people were friendly and helpful. Had one problem with our new Pilot and the Service Dept. fixed it quickly. Service Dept. personnel are also friendly, courteous, and helpful.
