Our driver was soooo nice and caring. Great service, my daughter and I broke down and we had to get transport to a local garage. Everything went very smooth and safe.

Didn't have a jack that would fit...didn't have a powerful enough driver to get the lug nuts off my tire. If it wasn't for a young man who stopped to help us, we would probably still be sitting in that parking lot. The young man supplied the jack and got our lug nuts off. I was still charged 100.00 dollars because he was called out.

They really helped us out today - our truck's starter went bad, they towed it to the shop, bought the part, and he called in a mechanic (on a Sunday!) that installed it. Whole process only took an hour. We really appreciate the help!

Not cheap, $510 for a couple mile tow, and new starter, but they had me back on the road in two hours, which was much needed because I was passing through on the way for major surgery. I feel $300 is a fair price for the work they did, a new starter is $70, but the extra $200 for expediting the work was well worth it, I could have been stranded. I expected to pay as much as I did anyway, even though I'd hoped for less, I feel it's probably what an out-of-towner in a jam would pay pretty much anywhere.

Would give 6 stars if I could..broke down on the interstate and and waited 2 1/2 hours for triple A. Finally found Greg's online and called them. 12 minutes later we had a tow truck!very professional.Service: Car towing

A towing fee shouldn't cost $360 especially when I have AAA and no one got in touch with me about who I wanted to get a tow from. That is why I pay for AAA and they wouldn't take that. Must be nice to do basically nothing and charge people $360 for it. I wasn't even driving the car at the time. No one got in touch with me and made me aware of anything till it was already there. I'm not even sure its legal for them to do things like that. I did not give them permission for the towing.
