Service desk was good, technician needs more training and experience. Needed new valve stems as caps wouldn’t come off. Technician tried turning valve stem caps and broke the tire pressure sensors after I told them everything was turning and that the tire would need broken down and sensor removed first as not to brake sensors. As an Auto technician my self I explained this very clearly. I only went there because I was pressed for time and needed it done before my vacation. So what should have been a $50 charge at most was a $100+ do to inexperience and lack of understanding how tire pressure sensors come off the valve stem. Lesson learned I guess, if you want something done right do it yourself.

INCREDIBLE, INCREDIBLE, INCREDIBLE SERVICE. Not only did they do a great job on replacing 2 tires and struts with an alignment, they were incredibly professional and Jim was extremely kind.

We were visiting from about two hours away and had a car issue. They were open, on a holiday weekend nonetheless, in Amish Country. They were able to find the issue and fix it within an hour and we were able to go on with our day. Very happy with their service!

I got a flat tire on my way to work. These gentlemen were so friendly and welcoming! Got my tore repaired and on my way lightening fast…I wasn’t even late for work! I love that they didn’t just “see a girl” and treated me with respect. I will definitely be returning!
