Travis and Nick at Extreme Trailers in Dover OH were EXTREMELY helpful in the diagnosis and explanation of our lift axle problems. They sent pictures and provided exact instructions on what and how we could fix our issue. At the end of our conversation we were back up and operational at peak performance. Awesome equipment better people. I had an issue with 2 valves that were from an outside supplier. I was a few miles from Dover and it was 5:15. Travis took time after work to run me a new updated valve and supplied install advice. After install I missed a leaking 90 degree elbow in my lift. Again Travis and Nick ran over to my location and helped me troubleshoot. That to me is a he absolute definition of customer support and product improvement.

Truckers if you are making a delivery here they open at 0700 no matter what the broker puts on the rate, THEY OPEN AT 0700.Unloading was quick and people were friendly. There’s street parking outside the facility along the curb.

10,200 lbs XS60 with ramp kit and toolboxes. Can not beat the weight and strength with any other trailer.

I would like to comment on the excellent support and guidance that we have received from Extreme and in particular Travis Swauger, Travis has been timely with all answers to questions, drawings and directions for our mutual customers trailers where we are testing new and improved technologies.
